An Act to make consequential amendments to certain Acts arising
from the enactment of The Public Trustee Amendment Act, 2001
(Assented to June 28, 2001)
HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of
Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:
Short title
1 This Act may be cited as The Public Trustee Consequential Amendment
Act, 2001.
References amended
2(1) Each provision listed in Column 1 of the schedule is amended by
striking out “public trustee” or “Public Trustee” wherever either of them
appears and in each case substituting “public guardian and trustee”.
(2) Each provision listed in Column 2 of the schedule is amended by
striking out “The Public Trustee Act” wherever it appears and in each case
substituting “The Public Guardian and Trustee Act”.
Coming into force
3 This Act comes into force on proclamation.

Saskatchewan, édicte :
Titre abrégé
1 Loi de 2001 apportant les modifications corrélatives à la loi intitulée The Public
Trustee Amendment Act, 2001.
Dispositions modifiées
2(1) Chaque disposition énumérée dans la Colonne 1 de l’annexe est
modifiée par la suppression des mots « curateur public » partout où ils
apparaissent et leur remplacement par les mots « tuteur et curateur public ».
(2) Chaque disposition énumérée dans la Colonne 2 de l’annexe est
modifiée par la suppression des mots « The Public Trustee Act » partout où
ils apparaissent et leur remplacement par les mots « The Public Guardian
and Trustee Act ».
Entrée en vigueur

La présente loi entre en vigueur sur proclamation.
