Remove cover “C” from backplate “D” by the three nuts “E”.
Place the back plate “D” onto the J-Box and then connect the fixture’s electrical wires to the
supply wires.
Replace cover “C” and secure it by the three nuts “E”.
Place the structure “A” on cover “C” and screws it by the three screws “G” on the
corresponding threaded holes “F”.
Insert light bulb into the lamp holder and make a working test.
Keep the leveler “B” in the “ON” position. Carefully insert the glass diffuser to the structure
and slide the leveler to the “OFF” position.
Make sure that the glass diffuser is well secured before releasing it.
Restore power.

- AVANT D'EFFECTUER QUELQUE OPERATION QUE CE SOIT, S'ASSURER QUE
LE COURANT SOIT HORS TENSION.
-EFFECTUER LES OPERATIONS AVEC PRECAUTION POUR NE PAS RAYER OU CASSER LE VERRE.
- APPAREIL A INSTALLER PAR UN ELECTRICIEN CERTIFIE.

1. Retirer le couvercle "C" de la plaque arrière "D" par les trois écrous "E".
2. Placez la plaque arrière "D" à la boîtier électrique, puis brancher les fils électriques du
luminaire aux fils d'alimentation.
3. Replacer le couvercle "C" et le fixer par les trois écrous "E".
4. Placez la structure "A" sur le couvercle "C" par les trois vis "G" sur les trous filetés
correspondants "F".
5. Insérir l'ampoule et faire un test de marche.
6. Gardez le niveleur "B" en position "ON". Insérez délicatement le diffuseur en verre à la
structure et faites glisser le niveleur à la position «OFF».
7. Assurez-vous que le diffuseur en verre est bien fixé avant de le relâcher.
8. Rétablir le courant.
