STATION RENAISSANCE PROJECT
NEW RESIDENTIAL PROJECT REPLACING THE FORMER ESSO GAS STATION
DEAR RESIDENTS OF BEACONSFIELD,
My name is Jean Houde, proud builder of high-end homes in the city of Beaconsfield for the
past 28 years.
I have been envisioning a great project of high-quality townhouses in your area for the past 12
months. The Station Renaissance project is meant to revitalize the land where the former
Esso gas station once stood and address the following challenges:
• The PARK AREA AND PATHWAY WILL BE PRESERVED. Trees will even be planted to
surround the townhouses
• Each townhouse will be sold with 2 underground garage spaces to minimize parking in the
streets ;
• The new traffic caused by 22 townhouses is minimal compared to a new gas station or a
high-rise condominium development ;
• The city’s public works department has met with our engineers to elaborate the best plan
possible to optimize the usage of the sewer system in the best interest of all residents ;
• Optimistically speaking, we wish our project will last one and a half year. More
realistically, it should last about 2 years. Many Beaconsfield residents told us they wish to
sell their current home to move in our project in order to downsize their property while
staying in Beaconsfield.
If you want to prevent having a new gas station or any new commercial building or high-rise
condominium development in your area, kindly do not vote against our project.

PROJET STATION RENAISSANCE
NOUVEAU PROJET RÉSIDENTIEL REMPLAÇANT L’ANCIENNE STATION ESSO
CHERS RÉSIDENTS DE BEACONSFIELD,
Mon nom est Jean Houde, fier constructeur de résidences prestigieuses au sein de la ville de
Beaconsfield depuis maintenant 28 ans.
Depuis maintenant 12 mois, j’ai concentré mes efforts sur un ambitieux projet de maisons de
ville de grande qualité dans votre quartier. Le projet Station Renaissance vise à réhabiliter le
sol où se trouvait jadis une station-service Esso et respecte des critères exigeants:
• La ZONE PARC ET LE SENTIER PÉDESTRE SERONT PRÉSERVÉS. Des arbres seront même
plantés pour embellir les environs immédiats des futures maisons de ville ;
• Chaque maison de ville sera vendue incluant 2 garages souterrains pour minimiser le
stationnement dans la rue ;
• La circulation additionnelle causée par 22 maisons de ville est minime comparativement à
celle d’une nouvelle station-service ou encore d’un tour de condominiums ;
• La section travaux publics de la ville a rencontré nos ingénieurs pour élaborer le meilleur
plan possible afin d’optimiser l’utilisation des égouts dans le meilleur intérêt des résidents;
• Étant optimistes, nous souhaitons que le projet ne dure qu’un an et demi. De manière plus
réaliste, notre projet devrait s’étendre sur 2 ans. Plusieurs résidents de Beaconsfield nous
ont manifesté leur intention de vendre leur maison pour déménager sur notre projet et
ainsi jouir des avantages d’une propriété moins vaste tout en demeurant à Beaconsfield.
Si vous désirez éviter une nouvelle station-service, un nouvel édifice commercial ou encore
une tour de condominiums, nous vous invitons à ne pas voter contre notre projet.
