Some Recommendations for music books for students of the harp
Perhaps you want to give someone a gift of a book of harp music – what to choose? There
is such a variety of books available, but often they must be ordered in advance, and always it is
hard to know what level or suitability they have.
Here are some opinions of mine on the subject, and I'll update this as I get more ideas. Feel
free to suggest other books on the discussion page as well. Note that many books have a
variety of levels of material inside, so several books appear in more than category.
Beginners and early intermediate

Most of my students will use these during their studies. They are simply great.
The Bk 1 is very good for people who are learning to be a sightreader, but if you
have a lot of musical experieince, you can start at book 2.
