CASIO Limited Warranty
THIS WARRANTY CARD IS VALID ONLY ON PRODUCTS IN THE COUNTRY OF PURCHASE.
This product, except consumables or articles with limited resistance (e.g. battery, case), is warranted to the original
purchaser to be free from defects of quality at the time of delivery for a period of one year from the date of purchase
(“warranty period”). During the warranty period, and upon proof of purchase, the product will be repaired by using
CASIO replacement or reconditioned parts, or the product will be replaced with the same or a similar replacement
or reconditioned model within a reasonable time period. To obtain these warranty services, please take or send the
product, postage paid, with a copy of your sales receipt or other proof of purchase that shows the date of purchase,
to a Service location listed in the “CASIO is here to HELP you” page. There will be no parts or labor charge to you
for valid warranty services. Due to the possibility of damage or loss during shipping, it is recommended when
sending the product for service that you package the product securely and send it insured, return receipt requested.
The customer shall NOT have any claim under this warranty for repair or adjustment expenses if:

The problem is caused by improper, rough or careless treatment;
The problem is caused by a fire or other natural calamity;
The problem is caused by improper repair or adjustment made by anyone other than a CASIO Service Center;
The problem is caused by battery leakage, bending of the unit, broken display or key;
The case or battery is damaged or worn;
Maintenance requested consists of repair or replacement of options, accessories, software, or consumables
(AC adaptor, cable, battery, etc.);
(7) The proof of purchase is not presented when requesting service; or
(8) The warranty period has expired.
NEITHER THIS WARRANTY NOR ANY OTHER WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL EXTEND BEYOND THE WARRANTY PERIOD. NO RESPONSIBILITY IS
ASSUMED FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION,
DAMAGES RESULTING FROM INACCURACY OR MATHEMATICAL INACCURACY OF THE PRODUCT OR
LOSS OF STORED DATA. SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW
LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS AND SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE
EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR THE EXCLUSION OR
LIMITATION BY A PARTY OF LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY THAT PARTY’S
NEGLIGENCE, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS SHALL NOT IN SUCH CASES APPLY. THIS
WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM
STATE TO STATE, JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION, OR COUNTRY TO COUNTRY. NOTHING IN THIS
WARRANTY AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

CETTE GARANTIE N’EST VALIDE QUE DANS LE PAYS OÙ LE PRODUIT A ÉTÉ ACHETÉ.
CASIO et ses distributeurs garantissent à l’acheteur initial que le présent produit, à l’exception des consommables
ou des articles à résistance limitée (pile, boîtier), est exempt de défaut de qualité au moment de l’achat, et ce pour
une durée d’un an à compter de la date d’achat (“période de garantie”). Au cours de la période de garantie, et sur
présentation d’une preuve d’achat, le produit sera réparé à l’aide de pièces CASIO de rechange ou équivalentes,
ou encore le produit sera remplacé par un modèle de rechange ou équivalent, identique ou similaire, dans les plus
brefs délais (selon nos disponibilités). Afin de bénéficier de cette garantie, vous devez nous retourner le produit
dans son emballage d’origine, port payé, avec une preuve d’achat qui indique la date d’acquisition, à un de nos
services après-vente mentionnés à la page “CASIO est ici pour vous AIDER”. Aucune facturation ne vous sera
adressée (dans la limite des pièces et services garantis). Pour que le produit ne risque pas d’être égaré ou
endommagé lors de l’expédition, nous vous conseillons de l’emballer soigneusement et de l’envoyer en
recommandé avec avis de réception.
Le client n’aura AUCUN recours en vertu de cette garantie pour les coûts liés à la réparation ou à la mise au point
si :
(1) Le problème est causé par un usage impropre, abusif ou négligé ;
(2) Le problème est causé par un incendie ou une autre calamité naturelle ;
(3) Le problème est causé par une réparation ou un ajustement incorrect effectué par quiconque autre qu’un
Centre de service CASIO ;
(4) Le problème est causé par la fuite d’une pile, la déformation d’une pièce, le bris de l’écran ou d’une touche ;
(5) Le boîtier ou la batterie sont endommagés ou usés ;
(6) La maintenance requise consiste à réparer ou remplacer des options, accessoires, programme informatique, ou
consommables (Adaptateur CA, câble, pile, etc.) ;
(7) La preuve d’achat n’est pas présentée lors de la demande de service ; ou
(8) La période de garantie est expirée.
NI CETTE GARANTIE, NI AUCUNE AUTRE GARANTIE, EXPLICITE OU IMPLICITE, INCLUANT TOUTE
GARANTIE IMPLICITE OU CONDITION DE QUALITÉ OU D’APTITUDE DU BIEN À UN USAGE PARTICULIER,
NE DOIVENT S’ÉTENDRE AU-DELÀ DE LA PÉRIODE DE GARANTIE. AUCUNE RESPONSABILITÉ NE SERA
ASSUMÉE EN CAS DE DOMMAGES INDIRECTS OU DE PERTES INDIRECTES INCLUANT, DE FAÇON
NON-LIMITATIVE, LES DOMMAGES RÉSULTANT DE L’IMPRÉCISION OU DE L’INEXACTITUDE
MATHÉMATIQUE DU PRODUIT OU LA PERTE DE DONNÉES MÉMORISÉES. CERTAINS ÉTATS NE
PERMETTENT PAS DE LIMITE QUANT À LA DURÉE D’UNE GARANTIE IMPLICITE ET CERTAINS ÉTATS OU
JURIDICTIONS NE PERMETTENT PAS L’EXCLUSION OU LA LIMITATION DE DOMMAGES INDIRECTS OU DE
PERTES INDIRECTES OU ENCORE L’EXCLUSION OU LA LIMITATION PAR UNE PARTIE DE SA
RESPONSABILITÉ POUR DÉCÈS OU PRÉJUDICES PERSONNELS CAUSÉS PAR LA NÉGLIGENCE DE
CETTE PARTIE. DANS CES CAS, LES LIMITATIONS OU EXCLUSIONS SONT INAPPLICABLES. CETTE
GARANTIE VOUS CONFÈRE DES DROITS SPÉCIFIQUES ET VOUS POUVEZ ÉGALEMENT AVOIR D’AUTRES
DROITS QUI VARIENT SELON LES ÉTATS, JURIDICTIONS ET PAYS. RIEN DANS LA PRÉSENTE GARANTIE
