Règlements du concours
En participant au concours, vous indiquez avoir lu et accepté les termes et règlements du
présent concours énoncés ci-dessous.
Les participants doivent obligatoirement répondre correctement à la question présentée
dans ce concours. Le gagnant sera déterminé par un tirage au sort parmi toutes les
bonnes réponses acheminées via l’adresse de courriel de la représentation :
[email protected] au plus tard le 21 mai 2014 à midi. Le tirage au sort
sera effectué dans les meilleurs délais suivant la fin du concours par la Délégation du
Québec à Boston. À noter que les réponses écrites sur le mur de notre page Facebook de

www.twitter.com/QuebecBoston) ne seront pas acceptées. Seule la personne gagnante
sera contactée par courriel et devra s’identifier par téléphone pour obtenir son prix.
Règles générales
1. Le prix du présent concours consiste en deux paires de billets pour assister au Festival
EM15 les 30 et 31 mai 2014, à Montréal. Description : Une (1) paire de billets pour le 30
mai, d’une valeur de 25$ chacun, et une (1) paire de billets pour le 31 mai 2014, d’une
valeur de 30$ chacun.
2. Si l’un des gagnants n’est pas en conformité avec le règlement du concours, la Délégation
du Québec à Boston se réserve le droit de le disqualifier.
3. Les gagnants autorisent la Délégation du Québec à Boston à utiliser, si requis et sans
aucune forme de rémunération, leur nom à des fins de diffusion des résultats du
concours.
4. Si les gagnants refusent d’accepter leur prix, la Délégation du Québec à Boston sera
libérée de toute responsabilité et obligation envers eux.
5. La Délégation du Québec à Boston se réserve le droit de modifier, de reporter ou d’annuler
le présent concours, si requis. La Délégation du Québec à Boston n’assume aucune
responsabilité pouvant résulter de pertes, retards, erreurs d’adresse ou de toute autre
erreur.
6. Pour leur protection, les participants sont invités à ne communiquer aucun renseignement
personnel avec leur réponse. Les renseignements qui sont demandés aux participants et
au gagnant dans le cadre du concours seront utilisés uniquement par la Délégation du
Québec à Boston et ils seront détruits une fois leur durée de vie utile terminée. Ces
renseignements ne serviront à aucune autre fin sans le consentement des participants ou
du gagnant et en fournissant ces renseignements, ceux-ci consentent à leur utilisation aux
fins indiquées. Seul le prénom et le nom du gagnant seront divulgués sur les outils Web 2.
Le tout se fera en respect de la politique de confidentialité du ministère.
7. Dans le cadre de ce concours, les décisions de la Délégation du Québec à Boston sont
finales et sans appel.
8. Ce concours est nul là où la loi l’interdit et est assujetti au droit applicable au Québec.
9. Aucune communication ou correspondance en relation avec le concours ne sera échangée
avec les participants, sauf avec les gagnants.
10. Si un paragraphe de ce règlement est déclaré ou jugé illégal, inexécutable ou nul par un
tribunal, alors ce paragraphe sera considéré nul, mais tous les autres paragraphes qui ne
sont pas touchés seront appliqués dans les limites permises par le droit applicable.
11. Le prix est non échangeable, non négociable.
12. Le gagnant sera contacté par courriel le 22 mai 2014.
13. Le concours est en vigueur du 16 mai 2014 au 21 mai 2013 à 12:00.
Contest Terms and Conditions
By entering the contest, you confirm that you have read and accepted the contest terms
and conditions specified below.
Participants must correctly answer the contest question. The name of the winner will be
drawn at random from all of the correct answers e-mailed to the Québec Government
Office in Boston ([email protected]) by Wednesday May 21, 2014 at
12:00 pm. The Québec Government Office will draw the winner’s name as soon as
possible after the contest deadline. Please note that answers posted on our Facebook
wall or submitted via our Twitter account (www.facebook.com/QuebecBoston,
www.twitter.com/QuebecBoston) will not be accepted. Only the winner will be
contacted, by e-mail. The winner will have to identify himself or herself by
telephone in order to obtain his or her prize.
General Rules
1. The contest prize consists in two pairs of tickets to EM15 Festival on May 30 and 31,
2014 in Montréal. Description: one (1) pair of tickets for May 30, 2014, worth 25$/ticket,
and one (1) pair of tickets for May 31, 2014, worth 30$/ticket.
2.
If the winner fails to meet the contest rules, the Québec government office in Boston
reserves the right to disqualify him or her.
3.
The winner authorizes the Québec government office in Boston to disclose his or her
name for the purposes of publishing the contest results if required, without receiving any
form of remuneration.
4.
If the winner refuses to accept his or her prize, the Québec government office in Boston
is released of any liability or obligation toward him or her.
5.
The Québec government office in Boston reserves the right to change, postpone or
cancel the contest, if necessary, and accepts no liability resulting from losses, delays
mistaken addresses or any other errors.
6.
For their protection, participants are advised not to provide any personal information in
their answer to the contest question. The information requested from the winner and the
other participants will be used only by the Québec government office in Boston and will
be destroyed when it is no longer useful. This information may not be used for any other
purpose without the consent of the winner or other participant, and in providing said
information the participant consents to its use for the specified purpose. Only the first and
last names of the winner will be disclosed by means of the Web 2 tools. All disclosures of
information shall comply with the confidentiality policy of the Ministère des Relations
internationales (MRI).
7.
For the purposes of the contest, all decisions of the Québec government office in Boston
are final and may not be appealed.
8.
The contest is null and void in places where it is prohibited by law. The contest is
governed by the laws applicable in Québec.
9.
Except for the winner, the contest participants will not receive any correspondence or
other communication.
10. If a paragraph of these rules is declared or deemed to be illegal, impracticable or null and
void by a court, said paragraph shall be considered to be null and void but all of the other,
unaffected paragraphs shall be applied within the limits of the applicable laws.
11. The contest prize may not be exchanged or cashed in.
12. The winner will be contacted by e-mail at the end of the contest, on May 22, 2014.
13. The contest runs from May 16 to May 21, 2014, 12:00 pm.
