LOCATION D’UN CHALET EN BOIS
La location est personnelle et nominative, elle ne peut en aucun cas
être cédée ou sous louée. Le preneur et tous ses colocataires sont
tenus de se conformer au règlement intérieur du camping.
Les chalets se louent à la nuit.
Arrivée à partir de 14h. Départ avant 12h.
RENTAL OF WOODEN CABIN
Rental is individual and non-transferable; it cannot be given or
sublet to a third party. The lessee and all co-tenants must to adhere
to the camping site’s internal rules and regulations.
The wooden cabin can be rented per-night.
Arrival from 14 pm. Departure before 12 pm.
TARIFS
Le montant du séjour est calculé d’après le tarif établi pour la saison.
Nous nous réservons le droit d’ajuster nos tarifs dans le cas d’un
changement du taux des taxes ou celui de la T.V.A (20%).
PRICES
The amount of the stay is calculated according to the price set for
the season. We reserve the right to modify our fees in the event of a
change in the tax or V.A.T. (20%) rate.

Pour la location d’un chalet en bois, un acompte doit être versé.

La réservation du chalet devient effective qu’après encaissement de
votre acompte correspondant au montant de la location du chalet.
RESERVATION
A deposit must be paid to rent a wooden cabin.

The booking of the wooden cabin will be effective upon receipt of
the payment corresponding to the amount of the rental period
GARANTIE ANNULATION
En cas d’annulation de votre part ::
- Plus de 60jours avant votre arrivée : l’acompte vous sera restitué.
- Entre 60 et 30 jours avant votre arrivée, 50% de l’acompte vous sera
restitué.
- Si vous annulez moins de 30 jours avant votre arrivée, il vous sera
retenu la totalité de l’acompte.
Cette règle est aussi applicable si le séjour est écourté du fait du
locataire.
Sans nouvelles de votre part, 24 heures après la date d’arrivée prévue,
la réservation sera annulée et l'acompte restera acquis.
Pas de remboursement possible en cas d’arrivée tardive ou de départ
anticipé.
CANCELLATION GUARANTEE
In the event that you cancel :
- More than 60 prior to your arrival: the deposit
- Between 60 and 30 days prior to your arrival, the 50% deposit will
be returned to you.
- If you cancel less than 30 days prior to your arrival, the entire
amount of the deposit will be retained.
This rule is also applicable if the lessee shortens his stay.
If no news from you within 24 hrs. after the planned arrival date. The
reservation is cancelled and the deposit will be retained.
No reimbursement is possible for an early departure or late arrival
under any circumstances.
CAS EXCEPTIONNEL
Nous remboursons les acomptes versés en cas de :
maladie grave ou accident grave ou encore décès atteignant
vous-même ou votre conjoint, l’un de vos ascendants ou
descendants, gendres ou belles filles ; décès d’un frère, d’une
sœur, d’un beau-frère, d’une belle-sœur .
Dommages matériels importants atteignant vos biens propres
et nécessitant impérativement votre présence
Licenciement économique
avant le début de la location, et sur justificatif, envoyé sous pli
recommandé dans les trois jours.
EXCEPTIONAL CASE
We refund the acompte paid , in the event of :
Serious illness, serious accident or death involving yourself
or your wife, a member of your immediate family, son-inlaw or daughter-in-law; death of a brother, sister, brotherin-law or sister-in-law.
Serious material damage to your property that requires you
to be present.
Redundancy
prior to the beginning of the rental, written proof must be sent in a
registered letter within 3 days.
