gestützt auf das Europäische Patentübereinkommen, insbesondere auf
Artikel 172 Absatz 2 Satz 1,
Having regard to the European Patent
Convention, and in particular
Article 172(2), first sentence, thereof,

auf Vorschlag des Präsidenten des
Europäischen Patentamts,
On a proposal from the President of
the European Patent Office,

1. Es wird eine Konferenz der Vertragsstaaten zur Revision des Europäischen Patentübereinkommens
einberufen. Sie findet vom 20. bis
29. November 2000 am Sitz der Europäischen Patentorganisation in
München statt.
1. A conference of the contracting
states shall be convened to revise the
European Patent Convention. The
conference shall be held from 20 to
29 November 2000 at the seat of the
European Patent Organisation in
Munich.
1. Une conférence des Etats contractants est convoquée aux fins de la
révision de la Convention sur le brevet européen. La conférence se tiendra du 20 au 29 novembre au siège
de l’Organisation européenne des
brevets à Munich.
2. Zur Vorbereitung der Revisionskonferenz legt der Verwaltungsrat der
Europäischen Patentorganisation
einen Basisvorschlag fest.
2. The revision conference shall be
prepared by means of a basic proposal adopted by the Administrative
Council of the European Patent
Organisation.
2. Pour la préparation de la conférence de révision, une proposition de
base sera arrêtée par le Conseil d’administration de l’Organisation européenne des brevets.
3. Der Präsident des Verwaltungsrats
trifft die zur Durchführung dieses
Beschlusses erforderlichen Maßnahmen und legt den Entwurf der Tagesordnung für die Konferenz fest.
3. The chairman of the Administrative
Council shall take the measures
necessary to implement this decision
and shall lay down the draft
conference agenda.
3. Le Président du Conseil d’administration prend les mesures nécessaires à la mise en oeuvre de la présente décision et fixe le projet d’ordre
du jour de la conférence.

Dieser Beschluß tritt am 24. Februar
2000 in Kraft.
This decision shall enter into force on
