En lien avec ses désirs d'orientation professionnelle, le Junior Specialist acquiert les compétences nécessaires à la fonction choisie. Il sait utiliser les TIC dans sa fonction et peut contribuer à la conception des systèmes d'information internes. MANAGER LEADER s, de convaincre et d'argumenter.
