OBJECTIVES
Le généraliste en management a une connaissance globale de toutes les fonctions de
l'entreprise. Il comprend leurs interactions entre elles et avec l'environnement externe ainsi
que leur contribution à la création de valeur pour l'entreprise.
En lien avec ses désirs d'orientation professionnelle, le Junior Specialist acquiert les compétences
nécessaires à la fonction choisie.
Il sait utiliser les TIC dans sa fonction et peut contribuer à la conception des systèmes d'information
internes.
