Repair Facility Consolidation Update
Dear Valued Customer,
The purpose of the letter is to provide you an update to our consolidation plan and schedule (refer to
CIL-68 and CIL-69). After extensive review, we have determined that we will temporarily move our
remaining Seattle, Washington-based avionics repair capability to our existing facility in Edison, New
Jersey, effective September 14, 2012. This arrangement is an accommodation to allow additional
time for the completion of the new Piscataway, New Jersey facility with as minimal disruption to our
operations as possible. Currently, we expect to move from our Edison facility to our new Piscataway
facility at the end of October. Please note that the information in this letter is not applicable to IFE
repairs, which will remain at our Seattle, W ashington facility. Consistent with our message of a few
weeks ago, the following will apply:
1. The last day that repairs were accepted in Seattle, Washington was September 5, 2012. Moving
forward, repairs should be sent to:

Repairs sent to Seattle after September 5 will be automatically forwarded to the appropriate New
Jersey repair facility, unless we receive advance written instructions to return the unit to the
sender.
2. The last day that repairs will be accepted in Edison, New Jersey is October 31, 2012. After that
date, repairs should be sent to:

Repairs sent to Edison after October 31 will be automatically forwarded to the Piscataway, New
Jersey repair facility, unless we receive advance written instructions to return the unit to the
sender.
As mentioned in the Customer Information Letter n°6 9 (CIL-69), the following is included below
for reference. Please note the corrected phone number in item 5 below.
