GENERAL TERMS OF ENTRY APPLICATION
Best Of The Alps Rally 2016
The rally «Best of the Alps » for classic cars, is a touristic journey without any notion of speed or regularity
and with precise metered road navigation details.
The rally is opened to cars dating from 1950 to 1987. The number of entries is limited to 35 cars.
Fee : 4150 € for a crew of 2 persons including :
- Full board accommodation in 4 and 5 stars hotels from Sunday 26th June 2016 afternoon to Saturday 2nd
July 2015 morning.
- Road Book.
- Baggage transport from one hotel to another.
- Conducted tours & on-road refreshment stops.
- Prizes & rally plates.
- Organization & technical assistance.
Personal drinks and road tolls are not included.
Extra fees for single room (on request).
The inscriptions will be made in the order of arrival of entry forms with a deposit of 1000 € to SARL
Doka Productions, by cheque, by bank transfer or by credit card.
The final amount is due for May, 1st 2016.
For any cancellation of your participation, no matter for which reason, the first deposit will be retained
due to fixed costs already spent.
For any cancellation before June, 1st 2016, 50% of the paid amount will be given back.
No refund will be made after June, 1st 2016.
In case of payment via credit card, possibility to benefit, depending on your card, from a cancellation
insurance. Please contact your bank for further information.
