PROGRAMME GRANDE ECOLE 1ère année (Master in Management) Learning Goals Programme Mission: The rationale behind the PGE programme is in line with the school mission and strategy , and aims at educating and training future managers, helping them to acquire the professional and personal skills, knowledge and competencies required to manage an organisation efficiently and to contribute therefore to the creation of economic value within the context of a global economy. GOALS OBJECTIVES GENERALIST IN MANAGEMENT The generalist in management has a global knowledge of all the functions in the firm. He/she understands how they interact with one another and with the external environment and how they contribute to creating value for the firm. JUNIOR EXPERT PGE1: The student acquires basic competencies in the various areas of management, preparing his/her future specialisation. PGE2: Based on the fundamentals of business already acquired, the student starts building competencies in line with his/her professional project. PGE3: The student acquires fundamental knowledge in the field of his/her chosen specialisation in order to start his/her career as a junior expert and be prepared to move on to managerial positions with more and more responsibilities and strategic focus. He/she knows how to use ICTs in his/her function He/she can contribute to the development of Information Systems MANAGER LEADER He/she is able to formulate his/her ideas in an articulate and convincing manner. He/she knows how to take into account the contributions of his/her collaborators to develop a strategy supported by all the members in the team. GLOBAL LEADER Endowed with a wide culture regarding the world history and economics, he/she is able to take into account cultural biases in the management of international teams or in the negotiations with all the stakeholders in the firm. RESPONSIBLE LEADER He/she includes sustainable development in the creation of value. He/she has a systemic vision of the firm based on 4 dimensions: social, societal, economic and environmental. PIONEERing LEADER He/she is methodical in business problem solving He/she can undertake innovative projects in an uncertain business environment. PROGRAMME GRANDE ECOLE 1ère année (Master in Management) Learning Goals Mission du programme: La mission du PGE est d'éduquer et de former les futurs managers, de les aider à acquérir les compétences professionnelles et personnelles nécessaires pour gérer efficacement une organisation et ainsi de contribuer à la création de valeur économique dans le contexte d'une économie globalisée. GOALS OBJECTIVES GENERALISTE EN MANAGEMENT Le généraliste en management a une connaissance globale de toutes les fonctions de l'entreprise. Il comprend leurs interactions entre elles et avec l'environnement externe ainsi que leur contribution à la création de valeur pour l'entreprise. JUNIOR EXPERT PGE1: L'étudiant acquiert les compétences de base dans les différents domaines de la gestion. PGE2: L'étudiant approfondit ses connaissances en management et choisit une spécialisation en lien avec son projet professionnel. PGE3: L'étudiant poursuit sa spécialisation et acquiert les compétences nécessaires à la fonction choisie afin de débuter en tant que junior expert et de pouvoir évoluer rapidement vers des fonctions stratégiques avec des responsabilités accrues Il sait utiliser les TIC dans sa fonction et peut contribuer à la conception des systèmes d'information internes. MANAGER LEADER Il est capable de vendre ses idées, de convaincre et d'argumenter. Il sait aussi prendre en compte les contributions des collaborateurs pour dégager une stratégie et l'adhésion de ses équipes. GLOBAL LEADER Doté d'une solide culture économique et historique mondiale, il est capable de prendre en compte les prismes culturels dans le management d'équipes internationales, ou dans les négociations avec toutes les parties prenantes de l'entreprise. RESPONSIBLE LEADER - Il développe une vision stratégique du développement durable pour être capable de créer de la valeur. - Il Intègre dans ses décisions une vision systémique de l'entreprise s'appuyant sur 4 piliers: social, sociétal, économique et environnemental.
