NAPA Flashers
One (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Your NAPA Flasher is manufactured with all new materials and components and is
warranted by Automotive Manufacturing Group (AMG), 3100 Windy Hill Road, Atlanta, Georgia, 30339
to be free of defects in workmanship and materials and carries a One (1) Year limited warranty. This
warranty is limited to the original consumer of the NAPA Flasher, and is not transferable.
The Warranty DOES NOT cover: (1) any losses or damage due to misuse, accident,
abuse, neglect, or improper installation, (2) labor claims or consequential damages, (3) claims
for personal injury, damage to property or inconvenience, or (4) products that have been
altered.
Replacement Guidelines. In order to receive the benefits of this warranty, you must:
1. Purchase the product through a NAPA Flasher Installer or participating NAPA Auto
Parts Store.
2. Save the original receipt.
3. Return the defective parts, along with the original receipt, to your original NAPA Flasher
Installer or any participating NAPA Auto Parts Store.
If AMG determines that the NAPA Flasher is defective, AMG will provide to you a like
replacement, at no additional charge.
NO PERSON IS AUTHORIZED BY AMG TO MODIFY OR ADD TO THIS LIMITED
WARRANTY.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE LABOR OR COVER THE COST OF ANY
ADDITIONAL COMPONENTS AND LABOR REQUIRED TO RESTORE THE ELECTRICAL
SYSTEM TO ITS PROPER OPERATING CONDITION.
THIS WARRANTY IS NULL AND VOID IF THE INSTALLED NAPA FLASHER HAS
BEEN MISUSED, MISAPPLIED, CONTAMINATED OR IS NOT A CORRECT APPLICATION IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE NAPA FLASHER CATALOG.
THE FOREGOING STATES THE ENTIRE AND EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY FROM AMG FOR
ANY CLAIM, INCLUDING CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF A BREACH OF ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES. NO OTHER WARRANTY IS GIVEN.
Some states and provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts,
so the above limitations may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation
of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from
states and provinces to provinces.

limitée de un (1) an. Cette garantie limitée ne s’applique qu’au consommateur d’origine du
clignotant NAPA et n’est pas transférable.
La garantie NE couvre PAS : (1) toute perte ou tout dommage découlant d’une mauvaise
utilisation, d’un accident, d’un emploi abusif, de négligence ou d’une installation inappropriée,
(2) réclamations relatives à la main-d’œuvre ou dommages indirects, (3) réclamations relatives à
des blessures, dommages matériels ou inconvénients, ou (4) produit ayant été modifié.
Directives de remplacement : Pour bénéficier des avantages de cette garantie, il est
nécessaire de :
1. Acheter le produit dans un magasin NAPA Pièces d’auto participant ou chez
un installateur de clignotants NAPA.
2. Conserver le reçu d’origine.
3. Retourner les pièces défectueuses, avec une copie du reçu d’origine, à votre
installateur de clignotants NAPA d’origine ou à tout magasin NAPA Pièces d’auto
participant.
Si AMG détermine que le clignotant NAPA Flasher est défectueux, AMG fournira un
clignotant de rechange semblable, sans frais supplémentaires.
AMG N’AUTORISE PERSONNE À APPORTER TOUTE MODIFICATION OU ADDITION
À LA PRÉSENTE GARANTIE LIMITÉE.
LA PRÉSENTE GARANTIE NE COUVRE PAS LA MAIN-D’ŒUVRE NI LES COÛTS DE
TOUT COMPOSANT SUPPLÉMENTAIRE ET FRAIS DE MAIN-D’ŒUVRE REQUIS POUR
REMETTRE LE SYSTÈME ÉLECTRIQUE À SON ÉTAT DE FONCTIONNEMENT APPROPRIÉ.
LA PRÉSENTE GARANTIE SERA NULLE ET NON AVENUE SI LE CLIGNOTANT NAPA
INSTALLÉ A ÉTÉ MAL UTILISÉ, MAL INSTALLÉ, CONTAMINÉ OU N’EST PAS UTILISÉ DE
FAÇON CONFORME AUX DONNÉES INDIQUÉES DANS LE CATALOGUE DE CLIGNOTANTS
DE NAPA.
LES CLAUSES CI-DESSUS DÉFINISSENT L’INTÉGRALITÉ DE LA RESPONSABILITÉ
EXCLUSIVE DE AMG À L’ÉGARD DE TOUTE RÉCLAMATION, Y COMPRIS LES
RÉCLAMATIONS DÉCOULANT D’UN MANQUEMENT À L’UNE DES GARANTIES IMPLICITES.
AUCUNE AUTRE GARANTIE N’EST ACCORDÉE PAR LES PRÉSENTES.
