The duties include supervision of employees of the administrative unit, and advise management on all financial decision making. Education University degree (BA) in accounting or related field. An accounting designation, CA, CGA, is considered an asset. Experience The job requires many years of experience in a position with similar responsibilities. Municipal experience is an important asset. Other Requirements Knowledge of the rules governing municipal finances; Very good knowledge of French and English spoken and written; Knowledge of information technology; Leadership and vision; Strong ability to work under pressure; Organizational skills; Communication skills and relationships with various clients; Ability marked in the preparation of budgets, cost evaluation and monitoring.
