Practical Information INSCRIPTION METHOD OF PAYMENT The training provided by Cemafroid Formation can be taken into account in the training plans. Regulation of the participation fee has to be made upon receipt of invoice, by bank transfer or check, payable to Cemafroid Formation SAS. For pedagogical reasons, the number of participants is deliberately limited. It is therefore recommended to register as soon as possible. One option may be taken: - by phone: +33 1 49 84 84 84 - or by e-mail : [email protected] Registration becomes definitive upon receipt of written confirmation, registration or order, together with the payment for the training. HOURS Training starts the first day at 9:30 am. CONVOCATION Fifteen days before the course starts, a notification is sent to the participant with the rules of procedure and the access plan and the bill is sent to the company. Cemafroid reserves the right to cancel with a one week notice any action that could not take place in optimal educational conditions. FEE Rates include teaching fees (course and documentation) as well as lunch. Teaching documents are delivered to participants at the beginning of the course. INVOICE - CONVENTION 15 days before the course begins, the invoice which serves as simplified agreement is sent to the company or organization manager training funds when sending of the convocation. At the request of the company, a training agreement can be established. CERTIFICATE After each course, a training certificate is delivered to the company. CANCELLATION Any company can until the day before a training replace a failing student by another, immediately warning by: - fax: +33 1 46 89 28 79 - or e-mail : [email protected] In case of withdrawal in the ten days before the course, or in the absence of the trainee, at the beginning or during the course of the training, costs are fully charged to the company.
