Parts Number 600800 Full set including mounting system
Step 1. Install the front bumper and screw in the rear body
mount posts as shown
Step 2. Put the Marking Pin into the rear body mount post.
Next, trim lower portion of the body, using the lower body line
mark as your guide. Use a straight scissor or lexan specific scissor.
Step 3. Center the Lexan body on top of your chassis, use
the front wheel well markings as your forward to back basis
and center left to right. Cut out the front wheel wells as per
the body markings. The rear wheel well has 3 markings for
94mm, 98mm and 102mm. we will cut this out later on.
Step 4.
Once centered, press down on the body to make marking dimples
for your rear body mounts. Drill two 2mm holes where the dimples
now are. Body will be secured with the included 2mm screws.
Step 5. Apply the included vinyl circle where the rear wheel well would be
(this will depend on what wheelbase you run) then cut it out using a curved
lexan scissor.
Step 6.
Wash your body with soap and water and dry thoroughly. Apply window mask and use appropriate lexan/poly
carbonate specific paint. Last step is to apply the included Velcro pieces to your front bumper and body.
