Astronomy for professors at school and high school, science demonstrators ...
The Observatory propose various kinds of internship open to all teachers :

http://ufe.obspm.fr/-Ecoles-d-Astronomie" class='spip_out'>3 to 5 day schools at Nançay, Meudon or at the
Observatoire de Haute-Provence. The autumn school at Nançay is devoted to radioastronomy. The Meudon
winter and spring Meudon sessions involve astronomy in the school programmes. The OHP summer school is
centred on observation.
One Wednesday per month, from October to April, roughly when the Moon is in first quarter, evening
observations are programmed for teachers. They take place at Meudon, using the 60 cm diameter telescope.
You will discover the Moon, the planets...
Sponsorship of classes, which come to complement this training. A sponsor, an astronomer at the
Observatory, will give you advice about a pedagogic project for your class

Institutional internships within the framework of the /Plans Académiques de Formation/ (PAF), as well as
departmental internships//.

The "Virtual Campus" is an on-line course "Astronomy for teachers"" which includes pedagogical resources.
•
And to go still further in the pursuit of scientific culture and to progress in astronomy, you can enrol in courses
at the L1 and M1 level of the Diplômes d'Université ; they can be found on-line, or as videos, or can be followed
"face-to-face" (lectures, practical work).
