Amendements avec engrais naturels suivant analyse de sol et petiolaire
Traitement : lutte raisonnée préventive (sans insecticides ni acaricides)
Effeuillage précoce.
Taille en vert permettant une maturation optimale du raisin
Vendange en vert afin de réguler le rapport rendement /surface foliaire
Vinification :
Issu de parcelles sélectionnées, éraflage, tri des baies. Fermentation sous
thermorégulation. Remontage et délestage permettant une extraction
maximale. Fermentation malo-lactique sur marc. Elevage de 18 mois en
cuve et en barrique dans nos chais. Assemblage avant mise en bouteille,
Conditionnement au château en bouteille conique.
Dégustation
D’un rouge foncé, avec de légers reflets violacés, Héritage 2010 possède
un nez intense aux aromes de fruits confits et d’épices. Légèrement boisé
et grillé, il offre en bouche une attaque franche, suivit d’une structure forte
et puissante. Sa finale légèrement briochée clôture la dégustation en douceur.
Parfait pour un carré d’agneau de lait en croûte ou un Parmentier de poulet.

From plots selected, de-stemming, sorting arrays. fermentation under
thermoregulation. Winding and load shedding to an extraction
maximum. Malolactic fermentation in marc. Ageing for 18 months
in tank and barrel in our cellar. Assembly before
bottling, packaging in conical bottled at the chateau.

Wine Tasting
From a dark red with slight purple reflections, 2010 Heritage has
an intense nose with aromas of candied fruit and spices. lightly wooded
and grilled, it offers a sharp attack on the palate, followed by a strong structure
and powerful. Its final closing slightly brioche smooth tasting.
Perfect for rack of lamb crusted pie or a chicken.
