Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Das Produkt kann als herkömmliches Fernglas z.B. zur Naturbeobachtung benutzt werden.
Weiterhin ist eine Digitalkamera (Auflösung 1280*1024 Punkte) und ein kleiner LCD-/TFTMonitor eingebaut. Die aufgenommenen Bilder können über USB auf einen PC übertragen werden.

Kamerafunktionen
• Die in dem Fernglas eingebaute Digitalkamera wird eingeschaltet, indem Sie die Taste
"ON/MODE" für 3 Sekunden drücken, ein Piepton ist hörbar. Der TFT-Monitor wird eingeschaltet. Für einige Sekunden erscheint das Menü, danach ist das Videobild der Kamera aktiviert.
• Möchen Sie danach das Menü erneut aufrufen, um z.B. Einstellungen vorzunehmen, drükken Sie kurz die Taste "ON/MODE".
• Die "Movie"-Funktion (anstatt eines Einzelbildes kann ein Video aufgenommen werden) ist
nur bei Verwendung einer SD-Speicherkarte (nicht im Lieferumfang) möglich.
• Zum Fotografieren sehen Sie durchs Fernglas auf das gewünschte Objekt und drücken Sie
kurz die Taste "SET". Ein Piepton wird ausgegeben und nach etwa 2 Sekunden ein nochmaliger Piepton. Bewegen Sie während diesen 2 Sekunden das Fernglas so wenig wie möglich.
• Das zu fotografierende Objekt sollte mindestens 15m entfernt sein. Näher liegende Objekte
werden unscharf abgebildet.
• Zum Ausschalten der Kamera rufen Sie das Menü mit der Taste "ON/MODE" auf und drükken Sie so oft die Taste "▲" bzw. "▼", bis der Menüpunkt "Power Off" aktiviert ist. Drücken
Sie danach kurz die Taste "SET".

Wenn die Kamera nicht benutzt wird, schaltet sie sich nach ca. 1 Minute selbst aus,
um Strom zu sparen.
PC-Anschluss

Installieren Sie zuerst den Treiber von der mitgelieferten CD. Danach ist ein
Neustart erforderlich.
Verbinden Sie die Kamera über das USB-Kabel mit einem freien USB-Port Ihres PCs. Die
Buchse an der Kamera verbirgt sich unter einer Klappe auf der Rückseite. Die Kamera wird
nach dem Anstecken automatisch erkannt und als Wechseldatenträger-Laufwerk eingebunden.
Die Daten auf dem Speicher der Kamera lassen sich dabei ganz einfach umkopieren (wie bei
einem herkömmlichen Speicherkarten-Leser). Wenn eine SD-Speicherkarte verwendet wird,
so erscheinen deren Inhalte anstatt die des eingebauten Speichers.

Blicken Sie mit dem Fernglas niemals in die Sonne oder andere helle
Lichtquellen, es besteht die Gefahr einer dauerhaften Augenschädigung.
Wenn Sie das Fernglas an andere Personen weitergeben, so weisen Sie diese
ebenfalls auf diesen wichtigen Sachverhalt hin!
Das Produkt darf nicht feucht oder nass werden. Das Produkt ist nicht für Kinderhände geeignet.
Batterie-/Akkuhinweise
• Batterien/Akkus gehören nicht in Kinderhände.
• Achten Sie beim Einlegen der Batterien/Akkus auf die richtige Polung.
• Lassen Sie Batterien/Akkus nicht offen herumliegen, es besteht die Gefahr, dass diese von
Kindern oder Haustieren verschluckt werden. Suchen Sie im Falle eines Verschluckens sofort
einen Arzt auf.
• Ausgelaufene oder beschädigte Batterien/Akkus können bei Berührung mit der Haut
Verätzungen verursachen, benutzen Sie deshalb in diesem Fall geeignete
Schutzhandschuhe.
• Achten Sie darauf, dass Batterien/Akkus nicht kurzgeschlossen oder ins Feuer geworfen
werden.
Zerlegen Sie Batterien/Akkus niemals!
• Normale Batterien dürfen nicht aufgeladen werden, Explosionsgefahr!
• Mischen Sie niemals Batterien und Akkus, mischen Sie nicht Batterien/Akkus mit unterschiedlichem Zustand. Verwenden Sie immer vier Batterien/Akkus des gleichen
Typs/Herstellers.
• Bei längerem Nichtgebrauch des Produkts (1 Monat oder länger) entnehmen Sie die eingelegten Batterien/Akkus (Speicherinhalt des internen Speichers geht dabei verloren!).
Batterien einlegen, Batteriewechsel
Öffnen Sie das Batteriefach auf der Unterseite des Fernglases. Legen Sie danach vier Batterien
des Typs AAA (Micro) polungsrichtig ein. Im Batteriefach finden Sie dazu eine entsprechende
Abbildung (das Textilband im Batteriefach dient zum leichteren Entnehmen der Batterien).
Verschließen Sie danach das Batteriefach wieder.

Die Verwendung von Akkus ist möglich, durch die geringere Spannung und Kapazität
ist jedoch die Betriebsdauer kürzer.
Die eingebaute Kamera kann auch als Webcam benutzt werden. Falls noch nicht geschehen,
installieren Sie zuerst die Treiber, wie oben beschrieben. Gehen Sie zum Ein-/Ausschalten der
Webcam-Funktion wie folgt vor:
• Die Kamera darf NICHT am PC angesteckt sein, ziehen Sie das USB-Kabel ab.
• Rufen Sie das Menü auf und bewegen Sie markieren Sie die Einstelloption "PC Camera".
Drücken Sie kurz die Taste "SET". Ein kurzer Piepton zeigt an, dass die Webcam-Funktion
eingeschaltet ist, zwei kurze Pieptöne stehen für eine ausgeschaltete Webcam-Funktion.
• Verlassen Sie danach das Menü (Menüpunkt "EXIT" aufrufen und mit "SET" bestätigen).
• Verbinden Sie nun die Kamera über das USB-Kabel mit Ihrem PC (beim ersten Anschluss
werden Treiber installiert).

Bitte beachten Sie: Bei aktivierter Webcam-Funktion ist kein Zugriff auf die in der
Kamera gespeicherten Bilder möglich. Schalten Sie dazu die Webcam-Funktion wieder aus, siehe oben.
Allgemeine Hinweise
• Vor dem Einsetzen oder Entnehmen einer SD-Speicherkarte ist die Kamera im Fernglas auszuschalten.
• Vom eingebauten 8MB-Speicher stehen nur ca. 2.3MB für eigene Bilder zur Verfügung. Der
Rest wird von der Kamera für Systemzwecke benötigt.
• Beim Batteriewechsel bzw. bei leeren Batterien gehen die Bilder im eingebauten Speicher
verloren.
Batterie- und Umwelthinweise
Sie als Endverbraucher sind gesetzlich (Batterieverordnung) zur Rückgabe aller gebrauchten
Batterien und Akkus verpflichtet; eine Entsorgung über den Hausmüll ist untersagt!
Schadstoffhaltige Batterien/Akkus sind mit nebenstehenden Symbolen gekennzeichnet, die auf das Verbot der Entsorgung über den Hausmüll hinweisen. Die
Bezeichnungen für das ausschlaggebende Schwermetall sind: Cd=Cadmium,
Hg=Quecksilber, Pb=Blei (Bezeichnung steht auf der Batterie/Akku z.B. unter den
links abgebildeten Mülltonnen-Symbolen).
Ihre verbrauchten Batterien/Akkus können Sie unentgeltlich bei den Sammelstellen
Ihrer Gemeinde, unseren Filialen oder überall dort abgeben, wo Batterien/Akkus
verkauft werden!
Sie erfüllen damit die gesetzlichen Verpflichtungen und leisten Ihren Beitrag zum
Umweltschutz.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass bei leeren Batterien bzw. beim Batteriewechsel der Inhalt des im
Fernglas integrierten Speichers verloren geht, alle Bilder sind gelöscht! Bei Verwendung einer
zusätzlichen SD-Speicherkarte (nicht im Lieferumfang) tritt dies natürlich nicht auf.
Safety instructions
Never look into the sun or other bright sources of light with the binoculars as
there is a risk of permanent damage to the eyes. If you pass on the binoculars
to others, draw their attention also to this!
The product may not become damp or wet. The product has no place in the hands of children!
Battery and accumulator information
• Batteries must be kept out of the reach of children.
• Check that the polarity is correct when inserting the batteries/accumulators.
• Do not leave the batteries lying around in the open; there is a risk of their being swallowed
by children or domestic animals. If swallowed, contact a doctor immediately.
• Leaking or damaged batteries/accumulators can cause burning if they come into contact
with the skin. For this reason you should use suitable protective gloves.
• Make sure that batteries/accumulators are not be short-circuited or thrown into a fire,
Never take the batteries/accumulators apart!
• Normal batteries may not be recharged.
• Never mix batteries and accumulators; do not mix batteries/accumulators with a different
status. Always use four batteries/accumulators of the same type/manufacturer.
• If the product is not used for a longer period (1 month of longer), remove the inserted batteries/accumulators (memory content of the internal memory will be lost!).
Inserting battery, replacing battery
Open the battery compartment (12) on the underside of the binoculars. Then insert the four
batteries of the type AAA Micro with the correct polarity. You will find a corresponding illustration in the battery compartment (the textile band in the battery compartment helps in removing the batteries). Then close the battery compartment again.

It is possible to use accumulators. However, the service life is shorter through the
lower voltage and capacity.
Camera features
• The digital camera built into the binoculars is switched on by pressing the button ”ON/MODE"
for 3 second. You can hear a beep. The TFT monitor is switched on. The menu appears for
some seconds and then the video picture of the camera is activated.
• If you wish to recall the menu to carry out any setting, for example, press the button
"ON/MODE" briefly.
• The ”movie" feature (instead of a single picture, a video can be shot) is only possible if a SD
memory card (not in the scope of delivery) is used.
• To take a photo, look through the binoculars at the desired object and press the button "SET"
briefly. A beep sounds and after about 2 seconds another beep tone. In these 2 seconds,
move the binoculars as little as possible.
• The object to be photographed should be a least 15m away. Closer objects will be out of
focus.
• To switch off the camera, recall the menu using the button "ON/MODE" and press the button
"▲" or "▼", so often that the menu item "Power Off" is activated. Then press the key "SET"
briefly.

If the camera is not in use, it switches off automatically after approx. 1 minute to save
power.
PC connection

First of all, install the driver from the supplied CD. Windows must then be
restarted.
Connect the camera via the USB cable to a free USB port of your PC. The jack on the camera is
concealed under a flap on the rear. The camera is recognised automatically after being connected and integrated as removable data carrier drive.
The data on the memory of the camera can be recopied quire simply (as with a conventional
memory card reader). If a SD memory card is used, its content appears instead of the built-in
memory.
Webcam feature
The built-in camera can be used as webcam. If you have not already done so, first of all install
the driver as described above. To switch webcam feature on/off, proceed as follows:
• The camera may NOT be connected to the PC. Remove the USB cable.
• Recall the menu and highlight the option "PC Camera". Then press the key "SET" briefly. A
brief beep shows that the webcam feature is switched on, two brief beeps mean that the
webcam feature is switched off.
• Then exit the menu recall menu point "EXIT" and acknowledge with "SET").
• Now connect the camera via the USB cable to your PC(when connected for the first time, drivers are installed).

Please note: If the webcam feature is activated no access to the pictures stored in
the camera is possible. For this switch the webcam feature off again, see above.
General information
• Switch off the camera in the binoculars before inserting or removing a SD memory card.
• Only approx. 2.3MB of the built-in 8MB memory is available for your own pictures. The
remainder is required by the camera for system purposes.
• The pictures in the built-in memory will be lost when the batteries are replaced or if the batteries become flat.
Battery and environment instructions
You, as the ultimate user, are required by law (Battery Ordinance) to return all flat batteries/accumulators. Disposing of flat batteries/accumulators in the household waste is prohibited!
Batteries / accumulators which contain hazardous substances are marked by the
symbols on the side. These symbols also indicate that it is prohibited to dispose of
these batteries in the household waste. The names for the decisive heavy metals
are: Cd=cadmium, Hg=mercury, Pb=lead (the designation is written on the accumulator e.g. under the rubbish can symbols depicted at the left).
You can hand in your used batteries/accumulators at the official collection points of
your community at no cost or everywhere where batteries/accumulators are sold.
You thus fulfil your statutory obligations and make your contribution
Please observe that if the batteries become flat or when they are replaced, the content of the
memory integrated in the binoculars will be lost, all pictures deleted! If using an additional SD
memory card (not in scope of delivery) that does not occur of course.
Conventional functions of the binoculars
Remove the protective flaps of the lens on both sides of the binoculars. The product can then
be used as conventional binoculars. The rubber flaps of the lens can be folded over as rests
for spectacles. One of the lens can be set for different eye dioptres. The distance between the
eyes is selected by adjusting the two halves of the binoculars.
Focussing can be carried out using the rotary wheel on the upper side of the binoculars.
Herkömmliche Funktionen des Fernglases
Entfernen Sie die Objektiv-Schutzkappen auf beiden Seiten des Fernglases. Danach kann das
Produkt wie ein herkömmliches Fernglas genutzt werden. Die Gummikappen der Objektive
lassen sich für Brillenträger umklappen, eines der Objektive kann man für unterschiedliche
Augendioptrien einstellen. Der Augenabstand wird durch Verstellen der beiden Fernglashälften
gewählt. Mit einem Drehrad auf der Oberseite des Fernglases erfolgt die Scharfstellung.

Consignes de sécurité
Ne jamais directement viser le soleil ou d'autres sources lumineuses fortes
avec les jumelles au risque d'endommager durablement vos yeux. Lorsque
vous remettez les jumelles à d'autres personnes, veuillez les également avertir de ce fait important.
Ne pas humidifier ni mouiller l´appareil. Le produit ne doit pas être laissé à la porté des enfants.
Indications afférentes aux piles et accumulateurs
• Les piles et les accumulateurs ne doivent être laissés à portée des enfants.
• Respecter la polarité lors de la mise en place des piles et des accumulateurs.
• Ne laissez les piles et accumulateurs à la portée de tous, les enfants ou les animaux domestiques pourraient les avaler. Dans le cas d'une ingurgitation, veuillez consulter immédiatement un médecin.
• Les substances libérées par des piles ou des accumulateurs endommages ou ayant coulé
peuvent entraîner des brûlures en cas de contact avec la peau. Veuillez donc utiliser des
gants de protection appropriés.
• Veillez à ne pas court-circuiter ou à ne pas jeter au feu les piles ou les accumulateurs.
Ne jamais démonter les piles ou les accumulateurs !
• Les piles normales ne sont pas rechargeables, risque d'explosion !
• Ne jamais mélanger des piles et des accumulateurs, ne jamais mélanger des piles/accumulateurs de différents états de charge. Utilisez toujours quatre piles ou accumulateurs de type
identique et du même fabricant.
• En cas d'inutilisation prolongée (1 mois ou plus) du produit, veuillez en retirer les piles/accumulateurs (vous perdez alors le contenu de la mémoire).
Mise en place et remplacement des piles
Ouvrez le compartiment pour piles situé sur le dessous des jumelles. Insérez ensuite quatre
piles du type AAA (micro) en respectant la polarité. Vous trouverez une illustration correspondante dans le compartiment à piles (la bande textile doit faciliter l'enlèvement des piles). Puis
refermez le compartiment pour piles.

II est possible d´utiliser aussi des accumulateurs, mais la durée de fonctionnement
est plus réduite en raison de leur plus faible tension ou capacité.
Fonctions appareil photo
• Un appui de 3 secondes sur la touche "ON/MODE" met l'appareil photo numérique intégré
dans les jumelles en service, un bip sonore retentit. L'écran TFT s'active. Le menu apparaît
pendant quelques secondes, ensuite l'image vidéo de l'appareil est activée.
• Si vous souhaitez rappeler le menu, pour procéder à des réglages par ex., il suffit d'appuyer
brièvement sur la touche "ON/MODE".
• La fonction "Movie" (avec prises de vue en rafales comme une vidéo au lieu d'une image
isolée) requiert l'utilisation d'une carte mémoire SD (non fournie).
• Pour prendre votre photo, viser l'objet souhaité à travers les jumelles et appuyer brièvement
sur la touche "SET". Un bip sonore retentit suivi environ 2 secondes plus tard par un autre
bip. Pendant ces deux secondes vous devez bouger les jumelles le moins possible.
• L'objet à photographier devrait se trouver à une distance de 15 m au moins. Des objets pris
de trop près ne seront pas reproduits de façon nette.
• Pour éteindre l'appareil photo, appeler le menu avec la touche "ON/MODE" et appuyer aussi souvent la touche "▲" ou "▼", jusqu'à ce que le point menu "Power Off" soit activé.
Appuyer ensuite brièvement sur la touche "SET".

Si l'appareil photo n'est pas utilisé, il s'arrête automatiquement au bout d'une minute env. pour économiser de l'énergie.
Connexion à un PC

Installer d'abord le pilote du CD fourni. Un redémarrage est ensuite nécessaire.
Raccordez l'appareil photo via le câble USB à un port USB libre de votre PC. La douille sur l'appareil photo est cachée derrière une trappe au dos. Après la connexion, l'appareil photo est
automatiquement reconnu et intégré en tant que support de données/lecteur mobile.
Il est ensuite très facile de copier les données contenues dans la mémoire de l'appareil (comme pour un lecteur classique de cartes mémoires). En cas d'utilisation d'une carte mémoire
SD, son contenu apparaît à la place de celui de la mémoire intégrée.
Fonction Webcam
Vous pouvez également utiliser l'appareil photo intégré comme Webcam. Si ce n'est déjà fait,
vous devez d'abord installer les pilotes comme décrit ci-dessus. Pour activer/désactiver la
fonction Webcam, vous devez procéder comme suit :
• L'appareil photo NE DOIT PAS être connecté au PC, débranchez le câble USB.
• Appeler le menu et marquer l'option de réglage "PC Camera. Appuyer brièvement sur la
touche "SET". Un bref bip sonore confirme que la fonction Webcam est activée, deux bips
sonores bref indiquent que la fonction Webcam n'est pas active.
• Quitter ensuite le menu (appeler "EXIT" dans le menu et confirmer par "SET").
• Relier maintenant l'appareil photo par l'intermédiaire du câble USB à votre PC (les pilotes
s'installent lors de la première connexion).

Veuillez noter : Lorsque la fonction Webcam est activée, vous n'avez aucun accès
aux photos enregistrées dans l'appareil photo. Pour cela vous devez d'abord désactiver la fonction Webcam, voir plus haut.
Indications générales
• Avant la mise en place ou le retrait d'une carte mémoire SD, il faut arrêter l'appareil photo
intégré dans les jumelles.
• Seulement 2,3 MB environ de la mémoire intégré de 8 MB sont réellement disponibles pour
vos propres photo. Le reste est nécessaire en interne pour le système de l'appareil photo.
• Lors du remplacement des piles ou si les piles sont déchargées, les images contenues dans
la mémoire sont perdues.
Remarques concernant les piles et la protection de l´environnement
Le consommateur final est légalement tenu (ordonnance relative à l´élimination des piles
usagées) de rapporter toutes les piles et accumulateurs usés, il est interdit de les jeter dans
les ordures ménagères !
Les piles et accumulateurs qui contiennent des substances toxiques sont caractérisés par les symboles ci-contre qui indiquent l´interdiction de jeter les piles et
accumulateurs dans les ordures ménagères. Les désignations pour le métal lourd
décisif sont : Cd=cadmium, Hg=mercure, Pb=plomb (La désignation se trouve sur
la pile ou l´accumulateur, par ex. sous les symboles de la poubelle illustrés à
gauche).
Vous pouvez rapporter gratuitement vos piles et accumulateurs usagés aux centres
de récupération de votre commune, à nos succursales ou à tous les points de vente de piles et d´accumulateurs.
Vous répondez ainsi aux ordonnances légales et contribuez à la protection de l’environnement !
Veuillez noter que des piles vides ou le remplacement des piles vous font perdre le contenu de
la mémoire intégrée dans les jumelles, toutes les images seront effacées. Bien entendu, ceci
ne se produit pas si vous utilisez une carte mémoire SD supplémentaire (non fournie).
Fonctions traditionnelles des jumelles
Enlever les capuchons qui protègent les objectifs des deux côtés des jumelles. Ensuite vous
pouvez utiliser le produit comme des jumelles classiques. Les capuchons des objectives peuvent être rabattus pour les porteurs de lunettes, un des objectifs peut se régler pour s'adapter
à différentes dioptries. La distance visuelle se choisit en réglant les deux moitiés de la paire
de jumelle.
Le réglage précis s'effectue à l'aide d'une molette sur le dessus des jumelles.
