AFSTA CONGRESS 2016 HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
Hotel accommodation can be reserved and paid directly by the registered congress delegates to
the hotel of their choice. The AFSTA Secretariat has negotiated with some hotels in Nairobi and
secured preferred rates for the delegates. All rates quoted on the hotels list below are in US dollars
and are per room and per night, breakfast and service taxes included. Please note that limited
rooms are available at the Congress hotel which is Laico Regency Hotel and delegates are
encouraged to book their rooms early. There are three other nearby hotels, which are the Hilton
hotel, The Sarova Panafric and The Sarova Stanley.
Delegates are encouraged to make their hotel bookings early to secure rooms to avoid
disappointment.
The booking will be done by Delegates directly with the hotels after registration to the Congress. A
one-night NON- REFUNDABLE deposit must be paid directly to the hotel of your choice to
secure booking. The following credit cards are accepted by the hotels: VISA Card, Master Card

Hébergement Hôtel peut être réservé et payé directement par les congressistes inscrits à l'hôtel de
leur choix. Le Secrétariat de l'AFSTA a négocié avec certains hôtels de Nairobi et des tarifs
préférentiels garantis pour les délégués. Tous les tarifs indiqués sur la liste des hôtels ci-dessous
sont en dollars américains et sont par chambre et par nuit, petit déjeuner et taxes inclus. S'il vous
plaît noter que les chambres limitées sont disponibles à l'hôtel Congrès, qui est Laico Regency
Hôtel et les délégués sont invités à réserver leur chambre tôt. Il ya trois autres hôtels à proximité,
qui sont l'hôtel Hilton, hôtel Sarova Panafric La Serena et.
Les délégués sont invités à faire leurs réservations d'hôtel tôt pour obtenir des salles pour éviter
toute déception. En effet, il ya un rabais lève-tôt comme indiqué par le tableau ci-dessous pour les
délégués qui réservent leurs chambres avant le 31 Décembre ici 2015.
La réservation sera faite par les délégués directement avec les hôtels après inscription au Congrès.
Un dépôt d’une nuit non-remboursable doit être payé directement à l'hôtel pour garantir la
