Artículo I
Podrán ser presentadas como candidatas al Premio personas o instituciones que hayan contribuido a fomentar la dimensión europea
de la educación en su aspecto docente, investigador, cultural, social y
político.
Article I
Individuals or institutions who have contributed to the promotion of
the European dimension in education, either in teaching and research
or in the cultural, social and political fields are eligible for nomination
for the Prize .
Article I
Personnes ou institutions ayant contribué à promouvoir la dimension
européenne de l’éducation, dans les domaines de l’enseignement et de
la recherche ainsi que dans les aspects culturels, sociaux ou politiques,
pourront être proposés comme candidats au Prix.
Artículo II
Podrán proponer candidatos/as al Premio Internacional Grupo Compostela-Xunta de Galicia:
1. Las universidades miembro del Grupo Compostela.
2. La Xunta de Galicia.
3. Otras instituciones europeas con rango oficial.
4. Los miembros del Jurado.
Article II
Candidates for the International Prize Compostela Group-Xunta de
Galicia may be nominated by:
1. Member universities of the Compostela Group.
2. Xunta de Galicia.
3. Other official European institutions.
4. The members of the Jury, both by themselves or accepting duly
reasoned nominations from others.
Article II
Les candidats au Prix International Groupe Compostelle-Xunta de
Galicia doivent être proposés par :
1. Les universités membres du Groupe Compostelle
2. Xunta de Galicia
3. D’autres institutions européennes officielles
4. Les membres du Jury, à titre personnel ou à travers des propositions
dûment raisonnées.
Article III
Procedures for nomination:
1. Nominations must be submitted in the official forms provided by
the General Executive Secretariat of the Group for each convocation.
2. Jointly with the official nomination form, a complete CV of the candidate must be submitted (including his/her contact details) as well as
all documents that could be relevant.

Les candidatures doivent être régularisées à travers:
1. Un formulaire officiel fourni, dans chaque convocation, par le
Secrétariat Général Exécutif du Groupe Compostelle
2. En plus du formulaire officiel, un complet CV du nominé (avec
leur coordonnés) et d’autres documents ou renseignements d’intérêt
devront être soumis.
Article IV
1. Nominations must be sent by registered post to the General Executive Secretariat of the Group (Casa da Cuncha. Rúa da Conga, 115782 Santiago de Compostela). Any nominations submitted after the
deadline or incorrectly filled in, will not be considered.
2. The Jury will meet at the University of Santiago de Compostela
and will inform of their decision at least two months before the next
General Assembly of the Compostela Group of Universities.
3. The Prize’s presentation ceremony will take place during the next
General Assembly of the Compostela Group of Universities.
Article IV
1. Les candidatures doivent être envoyées par courrier recommandé
au Secrétariat Général Exécutif du Groupe Compostelle (Casa da
Cuncha. Rúa da Conga, 1- 15782 Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle). Ces
candidatures soumis après l’expiration du délai ou pas en forme, ne
seront pas prises en considération.
2. Le Jury se réunira à l’Université de Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle
et se prononcera au moins deux mois avant l’Assemblée Générale
Ordinaire du Groupe Compostelle.
3. La cérémonie de remise du Prix aura lieu pendant l’Assemblée
Générale Ordinaire du Groupe Compostelle d’Universités.
Article V
The Jury will consist of:
-The President of the Compostela Group of Universities.
-The President of the Xunta de Galicia.
-Three Rectors of member universities of the Compostela Group,
appointed during the previous General Assembly.
-Three representatives appointed by the Xunta de Galicia.
The Executive Secretary of the Compostela Group of Universities will
act as Secretary to the Jury, without a right to vote.
Article V
Les membres qui composent le Jury sont:
- Le Président du Groupe Compostelle d’Universités.
- Le Président de la Xunta de Galicia.
- Trois Présidents des Universités membres du Groupe Compostelle,
élus préalablement au cours de l’Assemblée Générale.
- Trois personnalités élues par la Xunta de Galicia.
Le Secrétaire Exécutif du Groupe Compostelle d’Universités interviendra comme Secrétaire du Jury, ayant voix mais sans droit de vote.
Article VI
The prize will only be awarded once a year. A golden shell, symbol
of the Group, will be presented to the winner, as well as 6.000 euros
to be donated to an NGO of his/her choice (unless the winner is an
institution of this kind).
Article VI
Un seul prix sera remis annuellement. Le lauréat recevra une coquille
d’or, emblème du Groupe Compostelle, et 6.000 euros qui seront donnés à un ONG de son choix (à moins que le gagnant est une institution de ce type).
Article VII
The General Executive Secretariat of the Compostela Group of Universities will be responsible for all the practical arrangements (information, mailings, interpretation of the regulations, etc.) for awarding
the Prize.
Article VII
Toute demande en rapport avec l’organisation du Prix (renseignements, correspondance, interprétation des bases de la convocation,
etc.) sera compétence du Secrétariat Général Exécutif du Groupe
Compostelle d’Universités.
Artículo III
Para la formalización de candidaturas será necesario:
1. Utilizar el formulario oficial facilitado en cada convocatoria por la
Secretaría del Grupo Compostela de Universidades.
2. Junto con el impreso oficial, deberá enviarse también un curriculum vitae completo del candidato (incluyendo datos de contacto del
candidato) y cuantos documentos o apoyos se consideren pertinentes.
Artículo IV
1. Las candidaturas se remitirán por correo certificado a la Secretaría
del Grupo Compostela de Universidades (Casa da Cuncha, rúa da
Conga, nº 1, C.P. 15782 Santiago de Compostela). Las candidaturas
remitidas fuera de plazo y forma se considerarán nulas a todos los
efectos.
2. El Jurado se reunirá en la Universidad de Santiago de Compostela
y emitirá su fallo al menos dos meses antes de la Asamblea General
Ordinaria del Grupo Compostela de Universidades.
3. El acto de entrega del Premio tendrá lugar en la universidad donde
se celebre la Asemblea General Ordinaria del Grupo Compostela de
Universidades.
Artículo V
Constituirán el Jurado:
-El presidente del Grupo Compostela de Universidades.
-El presidente de la Xunta de Galicia.
-Tres rectores de las universidades miembro del Grupo Compostela,
elegidos en Asemblea General previa.
-Tres personalidades elegidas por la Xunta de Galicia.
El/la secretario/a ejecutivo/a del Grupo Compostela actuará en calidad de secretario/a de Jurado, con voz pero sin voto.
Artigo VI
Anualmente habrá un solo premiado, al que se entregará una concha
de oro, emblema del Grupo Compostela, y 6.000 euros para donar a
una ONG de su elección (excepto si la galardonada es una institución
de este tipo).
Artigo VII
Todo lo relacionado con la organización del Premio (información, correspondencia, interpretación de las bases de la convocatoria, etc.) es
competencia de la Secretaría del Grupo Compostela de Universidades.
CGU
