Gegründet 1983 in der Nähe von Bergamo im NordItalien, um Werkzeuge mit Indexable-Einsätzen für die
mechanische Industrie zu erzeugen, hat Italutensil, von
Jahr zu Jahr, seine produktive Kapazität vergrößert und
seine Export-Märkte erweitert.
Fondée en 1983 pour la réalisation d’outillage à fixage
mécanique pour l’industrie mécanique, elle a élargi et
augmenté sa capacité productive année après année en
diversifiant ses débouchés commerciaux.
Attualmente l’attività produttiva si sviluppa nella moderna sede di Boltiere dove operano in totale più di 20 tecnici specializzati a copertura dei tre turni produttivi.
Actually our main production activity is concentrated in
the main office located in Boltiere. Here we employ more
than 20 specialized operators so as to cover all daily production divided into three shifts.
La société Italutensil travaille depuis 20 ans dans l’usinage et la construction de pièces mécaniques pour divers
secteurs industriels.
Zur Zeit entwickelt sich die produktive Tätigkeit in der
Hauptstelle von Boltiere. Hier sind 20 Spezalisten in der
CNC-Serienfertigung tätig, die in drei Schichten arbeiten.
Costituita nel 1983 per la realizzazione di utensileria a fissaggio meccanico per l’industria meccanica, ha ampliato
ed incrementato nel corso degli anni la propria capacità
produttiva diversificando i mercati di sbocco .
Actuellement l’activité de production a lieu au siège principal de Boltiere où opèrent plus de 20 ouvriers spécialisés se donnant la relève sur trois tours de production.
Set up in 1983 near Bergamo in the north of Italy in order
to produce tools with indexable inserts for the mechanical industry Italutensil, as years went by, has increased its
productive capacity and diversified its outlet markets.

2 - Utensili e portautensili sia speciali che standard per
l’industria meccanica:
- Frese - Punte - Utensili per tornitura
- Utensili pelatori - Cartucce - Adattatori
3 - Particolari meccanici, anche complessi, realizzati da
barra con operazioni di tornitura, fresatura, foratura,
filettatura e dentatura su una vasta tipologia di
materiali tra cui:
- Acciaio - Acciaio inox - Alluminio e ottone
- Materie plastiche - Titanio - Bronzo
4 - Particolari meccanici realizzati con operazioni in
sequenza, da spezzone o stampato in acciaio o
fusione in alluminio o ghisa, quali:

Our production is divided into four main sectors:
1 - Tools and accessories for electric and pneumatic ham
mers, either semifinished or end items; such as:
- Steel bush hammer and bush hammer with carbide tips
- Drilling tools - Core bits and hollow integral drill steels
- Bits and drill rod holders for cross bits - Adapters
- Extensions - Chuch adapter - Tamper
2 - Tools and toolholders, either standard or special, for
the mechanical industry:
- Milling cutters - Indexable drills - Turning tools
- Peeling tools - Cartridge - Toolholders
3 - Mechanical parts, bar machined by turning, milling,
drilling, threading and cutting on a wide variety of
different materials such as:
- Steel - Stainless steel - Aluminium and brass

4 - Mechanical parts machined from blank or drop for
ging steel and from alluminium or iron casting , such as:

Oltre all’attività produttiva originaria (utensileria ed attrezzature speciali) oggi siamo in grado di produrre particolari in serie dal diametro minimo di 6 mm fino ad un
passaggio barra massimo di 65mm su torni sia a fantina
fissa che mobile con utensili motorizzati e con operazioni
di fresatura su asse Y e B.
Notre production s’articule en quatre secteurs principaux:
1 - Outils et accessoires pour marteaux électriques et
pneumatiques soit comme produits semi-finis soit
comme produits finis; tels que:
- Bouchardes soit en acier soit avec pièces de rap
port en carbide - Pointes à hélice - Couronnes et Fo
rets - Fraises - Adaptateur - Rallonges - Porteman
drins - Dameuses
2 - Outils et porte-outils spéciaux ou standards pour l’in
dustrie mécanique:
- Fraises - Pointes - Outils pour le tournage
- Outils écorcheurs - Cartouches - Adaptateurs
3 - Pièces mécaniques - même complexes - réalisées par
tant d’une barre au moyen d’opérations de tournage,
fraisage, forage et filetage sur une vaste gamme de
ma tériaux parmi lesquels:
- Acier - Acier inox - Aluminium et laiton
- Matières plastiques - Titane - Bronze
4 - Pièces mécaniques réalisées au moyen d’opérations e
n série, partant d’une billette, d’un imprimé en acier
ou d’une fusion en aluminium ou en fonte, telles que:
- Rouleaux - Arbres - Pivots et corps
- Couvercles et brides - Bielles et plateaux
- Leviers et boussoles - Roues - Griffes
Besides our original productive activity (tools and special
mechanical equipments) we are now able to produce
mass production on lathe based either on a fixed or a
movable spindle headstock, from a minimum diameter
of 6 mm up to a maximum throught spindel bar capacity
diameter of 65 mm , using motor drive tools for milling
operations on Y and B axies.
Neben unserer ursprünglichen produktiven Tätigkeit
(Werkzeuge und spezielle mechanische Ausrüstungen)
können wir auch Teilserien mit Durchmesser von min. 6
mm bis 65 mm auf Drehbanken mit festem oder verstellbarem Spindelstock und auf Fräsen mit Y und B Achsen
wirtschaftlich und problemlos fertigen.
En dehors de l’activité productive initiale (outillages et
équipements spéciaux), nous sommes aujourd’hui à
même de produire des pièces en série - d’un diamètre
minimum de 6mm jusqu’à un passage de barre maximum de 65mm - grâce à des opérations de fraisage sur
axe Y et B et de tournage sur des tours à poupée soit à
cône fixe soit mobile avec des outils motorisés.

Nous transformons par aspiration de copeaux toutes sortes d’aciers, aluminium, laiton, bronze, titane et matières

fresatura) su torni sia orizzontali che verticali e su centri
di lavoro con 4° e 5° asse, stampati in acciaio e fusioni in
ghisa fino ad un diametro massimo di 350 mm
We can turn and mill iron casting and steel forging raw up
to a maximum diameter of 350 mm using either horizontal or vertical lathe and 4 or 5 axis machining centres.
Wir können auch Gussteile und Pressteile aus Stahl bis
zu einem maximalen Diameter von 350 mm fräsen und
mit horizontalen oder vertikalen Drehbänke mit 4 oder 5
Achsen drehen.
For bar diameter over 65 mm and up to 300 mm we use
to machine parts after cutting operation that we make in
our plant by our saw and band saw cutting machinery.
Nous pouvons de plus usiner (avec opérations de tournage et fraisage) des imprimés en acier et des fusions de
fonte jusqu’à un diamètre maximum de 350mm sur tours
soit horizontaux soit verticaux et sur centres de travail
avec 4 ou 5 axes.

die Teilen aus Rundstahl, den wir mit unserer Schneidemaschinen mit Klingen oder Bandmesser schneiden.
Disponiamo inoltre di rettifiche sia in piano che in tondo
per la finitura dei particolari temprati e di marcatrici a micropunti e laser per la loro identificazione.
Pour les diamètres supérieurs à 65 mm et jusqu’à 300 mm
nous usinons en interne des billettes obtenues par découpe de barre, soit à lame soit à ruban.
We have also cylindrical and surface grinders for hardened
part finishing and microdots and laser marking machines
for final identification.
Trasformiamo per asportazione di truciolo qualsiasi tipo di
acciaio, alluminio, ottone, bronzo, titanio e materie plastiche.
Wir verfügen über Rund-und Flachschleifmaschinen für
die Fertigung von gehärteten Teilen sowie über Markierungsmaschinen mit Mikropunkt oder Laser für ihre Identifikation.
We are able to machine any tipe of steel, alluminium,
brass, bronze, titanium and plastic materials.

Nous avons aussi à disposition des machines à rectifier les
surfaces planes et cylindriques pour le finissage des pièces

obtenu en 2004 la Certification de Conformité à la norme ISO 9001/200.

We archive, if requested, our production orders with all
quality details of the products to trace all production
processes if needed.
Le lavorazioni vengono controllate con i più moderni strumenti di misura: disponiamo tra l’altro di una attrezzata
sala metrologica con macchina tridimensionale di misura
a controllo numerico “Hexagon Metrology”, durometro,
altimetro, rugosimetro e proiettore di profili.
Our production is checked by up-to-date measuring instruments: we have a completelly equipped standard
room with CNC three-dimensional measuring machine,
durometer, altimeter and optical gage.
Die Bearbeitungen werden mit den hochmodernen Messinstrumenten kontrolliert: wir verfügen über einen ausgerüsteten metrologischen Apparatsaal mit einer CNCdreidimensionalen Maschine “Hexagon Metrology”,
Durometer, Höhenmesser, Oberflächenrauhigkeitsprüfgerät und Profilsprojektor.
Les travaux sont contrôlés avec les systèmes de mesure
les plus modernes: nous disposons d’une salle métrologique équipée d’une machine tridimensionnelle de mesure à contrôle numérique “ Hexagon Metrology “, d’un
duromètre, d’un altimètre, d’un rugosimètre et d’un
projecteur de profils.
Per le lavorazioni meccaniche di particolari metallici abbiamo ottenuto dal 2004 la Certificazione di Conformità
secondo la norma ISO 9001/2000.
Since 2004 we have obtained the Declaration of Conformity ISO 9001/2000 for the “production of mechanical
parts”.
Seit 2004 ist Italutensil nach der aktuellsten Qualitätsnorm ISO 9001:2000 für die “Produktion von mechanischen Teilen” zertifiziert.
