TERMS AND CONDITIONS












The fee which is once paid is neither transferable nor refundable.
At the time of first registration, buying of the book is compulsory.
Student(s) must provide a copy of NIC and two photographs when you come for the registration.
Student(s) who do not have their student cards after one week of the classes will not be allowed to enter the class.
Student(s) will not be allowed to give their exams if they do not have their “student cards”.
Once a student you are allowed to use the library, the video and the audio cassettes and the internet café.
Students will be allowed to give their exams only if they cleared their library, (returned all books and cassettes
borrowed from the French centre).
Private Tuition fee will not be refundable in any case.
Certificate will only be issued after passing DELF Exam.
The Alliance Française is not responsible for any physical or personal belongings Damage/Lose in
and outside its premises.

CONDITIONS
 Les droits d’inscription doivent être payés avant le premier cours et ne sont ni transférables, ni
remboursables.
 L’ achat du livre est obligatoire au moment de la première inscription.
 Veuillez apporter 2 photos d’identité et une photocopie de votre carte d’identité lors de votre inscription.
 Les étudiants qui n’auraient pas leur carte après une semaine de cours ne seront plus acceptés en classe.
 Les étudiants ne seront admis aux épreuves de l’examen que munis de leur carte d’étudiant.
 Les étudiants ont libre accès à la bibliothèque, la vidéothèque et l’audiothèque et l’Internet café.
 Les étudiants ne seront admis à présenter leur examen qu’à condition d’avoir rapporté à la bibliothèque les
livres et les cassettes empruntés.
 Les certificats ne seront délivrés qu’après NA1.3, NA2.1, et NA2.4 et sur la réussite de l’examen final.
 L’Alliance Française décline toute responsabilité dans et hors locaux.
