- bénéficie d’une autorisation de commercialiser des prestations de services touristiques délivrée par la
Préfecture de Maine-et-Loire, place Michel Debré, 49934 ANGERS CEDEX 9 sous le numéro AU-049-95-0005.


Toute demande de renseignement ou question liée aux inscriptions doit être effectuée auprès
d’Isabelle Dorbeau.
Suite à votre inscription, une facture acquittée vous sera adressée personnellement dès réception de votre
règlement.
TOUTE INSCRIPTION SANS REGLEMENT NE POURRA ETRE PRISE EN COMPTE

ANNULATIONS
En cas d'annulation avant la date limite fixée au 3 mai 2015, la totalité des droits d'inscription sera remboursée
déduction faite d’un montant forfaitaire de 40 € TTC pour frais d'annulation.
Après la date limite du 3 mai 2015, aucun remboursement ne sera effectué sauf cas de force majeure à
l'appréciation du Comité d'Organisation.

RESERVATIONS HOTELIERES
Elles sont assurées par la Centrale de Réservation Hôtelière d’Angers Loire Tourisme qui centralise toutes les
demandes d’hébergement.

TERMS OF SALE / REGISTRATION CONDITIONS
A confirmation and an invoice wlll be sent by email to the address you indicated on your form, within 2
weeks after your on-line registration.
Please note that proof must be supplied for all “student” registrations. It must be sent to the address
mentioned at the bottom of this page by return of mail. Failing this, the “full participant” rate will be
applied and invoiced.
NO RESERVATION WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR PAYMENT.


CANCELLATION AND REFUND
If you are unable to attend the Colloquium and/ or the Symposium, you may send a replacement.
Requests for replacements will be accepted by e-mail only, to be sent to the following address :
[email protected]. The name of the person registered and that of their
replacement must be specified.
In case of cancellation prior to May 3, 2015, the totality of registration fees will be refunded minus € 40
for cancellation cost . After May 3, 2015 , no refund will be accepted. An official mail or email is needed.
