Beschreibung
Die Kondensatförderpumpe Halm Lift NT25 - mit Neutralisationsmöglichkeit - ist als Kompaktgerät zur Förderung von
Kondensat aus Brennwertanlagen bestimmt. In den integrierten, chemisch-beständigen Kunststoffbehälter wird das
Kondensat eingeleitet und nach der Neutralisation vollautomatisch abgepumpt. Die Steuerung erfolgt über eine
elektronische Schwimmersteuerung mit separatem Überlaufschutz (potentialfreies Relais bis 8 A belastbar).

Neutralisation
Eine Neutralisation ist nach ATV-A251 in Deutschland erforderlich:
1. Bei Ableitung des häuslichen Abwassers in Kleinkläranlagen nach DIN 4261.
2. Bei Gebäuden und Grundstücken, deren Entwässerungsleitungen die Materialanforderungen nach Abschnitt 5.3 nicht
erfüllen.
3. Bei Gebäuden, die die Bedingungen der ausreichenden Vermischung nach Abschnitt 4.1.1. nicht erfüllen.

Sicherheitseinrichtung
Das Fördersystem ist mit 2 separat arbeitenden Schwimmern ausgestattet. Der Arbeitsschwimmer schaltet die Pumpe
füllstandsabhängig ein und aus (mit Nachlaufzeit). Der Alarmschwimmer schaltet über das potentialfreie Relais den
Schaltkontakt um. Siehe hierzu Anschlussbeispiel des potentialfreien Relais. Das Brennwertgerät ist grundsätzlich über das
potentialfreie Relais anzuschliessen, um eine höhere Betriebssicherheit zu erreichen, je nach Last der Schütze.

Inbetriebnahme, Montage und Installation
Die Kondensatförderpumpe mit Neutralisationsanlage läßt sich mit wenigen Handgriffen in Betrieb nehmen:
1. Das Neutralisationsgranulat wird in der Neutralisationsbox separat verpackt angeliefert.
2. Entleeren Sie den Inhalt des Beutels in die gleiche Kammer des Behälters.
3. Bei Ölbrennwert wird das Aktivkohle-Set vor dem Neutralisationsgranulat platziert.
Achtung! Nur originales, entstaubtes Granulat einfüllen um die Blockade des Antriebs zu vermeiden! Keine
Gewährleistung bei Fremdfabrikaten!
4. Auf der Innenseite des Deckels ist eine Öffnung (40 mm), in welche das Kondensat eingeleitet wird, bereits vorgestanzt.
Das Kondensat wird über ein Rohr (NW 40 mm) bzw. Schlauch (NW 40) ins Innere eingeführt. Die Zuleitung muss fallend
zum Behälter installiert sein.
5. Setzen Sie den Deckel auf den Behälter und beachten Sie dabei, dass der Ansaugschlauch mit Filter gem. Abbildung
positioniert wird.
6. Schliessen Sie nun an den Schlauchnippel den druckseitigen PVC Schlauch mit NW 6 mm an.
7. Zuletzt wird der Netzstecker und das potentialfreie Relais angeschlossen. Die Pumpe muss an eine separate Stromquelle
(230 V/ 50 Hz) angeschlossen sein.
Achtung:
a) Beachten Sie die zulässigen Förderhöhen im Leistungsdiagramm.
b) Die Pumpe muss beim Aufhängen mittels zweier Dübel an der Wand bzw. beim Aufstellen auf dem Boden, waagerecht
montiert werden, ansonsten kann die Funktion der Schwimmerschalter beeinträchtigt werden.
c) Die Pumpe nicht im Freien benutzen, nur innerhalb von Gebäuden. Die Pumpe verfügt über eine Nachlaufzeit, d.h. wenn
der Arbeitsschwimmer seine unterste Position wieder erreicht hat, schaltet die Pumpe erst nach 3 bis 5 Minuten ab. In
dieser Zeit wird der Behälter der Pumpe auf ein niedrigeres Wasserniveau abgepumpt.
Wartung
1. Aufgrund der chemischen Neutralisation ist es erforderlich, alle 6 Monate das Filtervlies und das Filter am Saugschlauch
zu kontrillieren, zu reinigen, notfalls zu ersetzen. Bei stärkeren Verkalkungen der Teile muss auch das Granulat
herausgenommen und der Behälter gereinigt werden. Danach das gespülte Granulat in die Neutralisationskammer des
Behälters einfüllen und den Tank wieder mit Wasser auffüllen um die Funktion der Pumpe zu prüfen. Bei starker
Zersetzung der Granulatkörnung in eine breiähnliche Masse, können Pumpenausfälle durch Verkalkung nicht
ausgeschlossen werden.
2. Wir empfehlen zur vorbeugenden Instandhaltung eine regelmässige Kontrolle, Wartung und Austausch des Granulats.
Das Neutralisationsgranulat reicht für circa 12 Monate bei Anlagen bis 25kW Kesselleistung. (Wartungsset:1 Karton,
Ersatzgranulat à 2 Beutel für je. 25 KW, Filtervlies und Ansaugfilter, Bestell-Nr. 4152-0107).
3. Bei Ölbrennwert muss das Erweiterungs-Set mit Aktivkohle jährlich ausgetauscht werden (Bestell-Nr. 4152-0108).
Sicherheitshinweis: Bei Wartungsarbeiten muss die Pumpen immer durch Ziehen des Netzsteckers abgeschaltet werden.
Bitte beachten: An dem potentialfreien Relais kann noch Spannung anliegen.

The condensate pump Halm Lift NT25 – with neutralisation – is intended as a compact unit for the delivery of condensate,
produced in gas condensing boilers. The condensate is guided into the integrated – chemically resistant - plastic tank and
fully automatically pumped away.The pump is controlled by an electronic float switch control system with a separate

Neutralisation
As per German regulation ATV-A251 neutralisation is compulsory for:
1. liquid drains-out in small waste-water treatments (DIN 4261)
2. land and buildings whose de-watering system does not fulfill the material requirements as per paragraph 5.3 of
regulations
3. buildings, not fulfilling the terms of sufficient dilution, as per paragraph 4.1.1

Safety equipment
The delivery system is equipped with 2 separately operating float switches. The working float switch activates and
deactivates the pump depending on the level of liquid (with run-on time). The alarm float switch throws over the switch
contact via the potential-free relay. For more details, see the connection example of the potential-free relay.

Commissioning, assembly and installation
The condensate pump with a neutralizing system can be put into operation in a few steps:
1. The neutralization granulate is delivered separately packaged in the neutralization box.
2. Empty the contents of the bag in the same compartment of the container.
3. When oil condensing the activated carbon kit is placed in front of the neutralization granulate.
4. Attention! Only original, dedusted granules pour to avoid the blockade of the drive! No guarantee of any other make!
5. On the inside of the cover is an opening (40 mm), in which the condensate is introduced, already pre-cut. The
condensate is a tube (NW 40 mm) and hose (NW 40) inserted inside. The supply line must be installed to falling
container.
6. Replace the lid on the container, keep in mind that the suction hose with filter acc. Figure is positioned.
Now connect the hose nipple of the pressure-side PVC hose NW 6 mm to.
7. Finally, the power plug and the potential-free relay is connected. The pump must be connected to a separate power
source (230 V / 50 Hz).
Attention:
a) Note the permitted discharge heads in the performance chart.
b) The pump must when hanging by means of two dowels on the wall or when setting up on the floor, be mounted
horizontally, otherwise the function of the float switch can be affected.
c) The pump does not use it outdoors, only inside buildings. The pump has an overrun time, that is, if the working float has
reached its lowest position again, the pump switches off only after 3 to 5 minutes. During this time the tank of the pump
is pumped to a lower water level.
Maintenance
1. Due to the chemical neutralization every 6 months a control of the filter fleece and the filter at the suction hose is
required. Please clean or replace if necessary. For stronger calcification of the parts and the material must be removed
and the container have to be cleaned. Thereafter, fill the washed granular in the neutralization chamber of the tank and
the tank with water to check the function of the pump. With strong decomposition of the granulate grain in a paste like
consistency, pump failures can not be excluded by calcification.
2. We recommend for preventive maintenance a regular inspection, maintenance and replacement of the granules. The
neutralization granules are sufficient for about 12 months at installations up to 25kW boiler output. (Maintenance kit: 1
box, substitute granule à 2 bags for every 25 KW, nonwoven filter and intake filter, Order No. 4152-0107).
3. When oil condensing the expansion kit must be replaced with active carbon annually (order no. 4152-0108).
Safety note: When servicing the pumps must always be switched off by pulling the power plug. Please note: At the potentialfree relay still voltage may be present.

La pompe de relevage de condensat Halm Lift NT25 avec
possibilité de neutralisation est un système compact destiné
à refouler les condensats dans des installations de chauffage.
Les condensats coulent par gravitation dans le bac intégré en
matière plastique résistante aux substances chimiques et refoulé
de manière entièrement automatique après neutralisation. La
commande de la pompe est assurée par un flotteur de travail
avec une sécurité de trop-plein séparée (flotteur antidébordement).
La pompe intégrée est très silencieuse et peut donc être
installée dans un environnement sensible aux bruits.

Neutralisation
Une neutralisation selon norme ATV-A 251 est necessaire en Allemagne:
1. Dans le cas d’une dérivation des eaux usées domestiques vers petite station d’épuration suivant DIN 4261.
2. Dans des bâtiments et sur des terrains, dont les canalisations de drainage ne satisfont pas aux exigences des matériaux
suivant l’article 5.3.
3. Dans des bâtiments qui ne satisfont pas aux conditions de mélange suffisantes suivant l’article 4.1.1.
S'il vous plaît vérifier vos règlements du pays.
Dispositif de sécurité
Les systèmes de refoulement dont équipés de deux flotteurs fonctionnant séparément. Le flotteur de travail actionne et
coupe la pompe en fonction du niveau de remplissage (avec une temporisation de fonctionnement). Le flotteur d’alarme
commute le contact alarme NO/NC. Voir à ce sujet l’exemple de raccordement du relais. Nous recommandons de raccorder
l’alarme à la chaudière via le relais sans potentiel de manière à assurer une plus grande sécurité d’utilisation.

Mise en service, montage et installation
Les pompes de relevage de condensat à dispositif de neutralisation peuvent être mises en service à l’aide de quelques
opérations seulement:
1. Le granulat de neutralisation est fourni dans un emballage séparé dans le bac de neutralisation.
2. Videz le contenu du sachet dans la partie du bac prévue à cette effet (voir croquis ci-dessus).
3. Attention! Utilisez uniquement le granulat dépoussiéré d’origine pour éviter de bloquer le système d’entraînement!
4. La faces intérieure du couvercle comporte une ouverture pré poinçonnée (40 mm) par laquelle pénètre le condensat. Le
condensat est introduit à l’intérieur via un tube (Ø 40 mm) ou un tuyau (Ø 40). La conduite d’alimentation doit être
installée au-dessus du bac.
5. Placez le couvercle sur le bac en veillant à ce que le tuyau d’aspiration avec le filtre soit positionné conformément à
l’illustration.
6. Branchez ensuite le tuyau en PVC côté refoulement avec Ø 6 mm côté refoulement.
7. Raccordez ensuite la fiche secteur et le relais alarme. La pompe doit être raccordée à ne source pas de courant séparée
(230 V/50 Hz).

Attention:
a) Veillez à respecter les hauteurs de refoulement admissible dans le diagramme de puissance.
b) La pompe doit être installée de niveau, qu’elle soit montée au mure au moyen de deux chevilles ou posée au sol, faute
de quoi le flotteur risque de ne pas fonctionner correctement.
c) N’utilisez pas la pompe à l’air libre, mais à l’intérieur de bâtiments. La pompe est équipée d’une temporisation de
fonctionnement, ce qui signifie que lorsque le flotteur de travail atteint sa position inférieure, la pompe ne se coupe
qu’au bout de 3 à 5 minutes. Pendant ce laps de temps, le conteneur de la pompe est pompé jusqu’à un niveau d’eau
inférieur.
Entretien
1. En raison de la neutralisation chimique, il est indispensable de nettoyer le filtre textile et le filtre du tuyau d’aspiration
tous les six mois, et de les remplacer si nécessaire. En cas de fort entartrage des pièces, il convient également de retirer
le granulat et de nettoyer le conteneur. Verser ensuite le granulat dans la chambre de neutralisation du bac et
remplissez de nouveau d’eau le bac afin de vérifier le bon fonctionnement de la pompe. En cas de décomposition
avancée du granulat en une masse pâteuse, une défaillance de la pompe résultant d’un entartrage n’est pas à exclure.
2. Nous préconisons un entretien préventif sous la forme d’un contrôle, d’une maintenance et d’un renouvellement
régulier du granulat. Le granulat de neutralisation suffit pour environ 12 mois dans des chaudières jusqu’à 25 kW.
(Granulat de remplacement: un carton de deux sachets pour 25 kW chacun, le filtre textile et le filtre du tuyau
d’aspiration, réf. art. 4152-0107).
3. À utiliser dans au mazout de condensation de l'ensemble d'extension doit être remplacé par du charbon actif chaque
année (réf. art. 4152-0108).
Instruction de sécurité: Lors des travaux d’entretien, la pompe doit toujours être débranchée par le retrait de la fiche secteur.
Avertissement: le relais alarme ne peut être soumis à une tension.

Neutralizzazione
La neutralizzazione è necessaria secondo ATV A251 in Germania:
1. In derivazione delle acque reflue civili in piccoli impianti di depurazione secondo DIN 4261.
2. Per gli edifici e terreni, i cui tubi di drenaggio non sono conformi con i requisiti materiali della sezione 5.3.
3. Per gli edifici, le condizioni di sufficiente miscelazione di cui al punto 4.1.1. non soddisfano.
Si prega di verificare le normative nazionali.
Dispositivo di sicurezza
Il sistema di trasporto è dotato di 2 galleggianti operanti separatamente. Il galleggiante di lavoro attiva la pompa ad un
livello-dipendente e out (con follow-up). L'interruttore di allarme galleggiante tramite il relè a potenziale zero per il contatto
di commutazione. Vedere Connessione esempio di relè a potenziale zero. L'unità di condensazione deve essere collegata
tramite il relè senza potenziale per conseguire una maggiore affidabilità operativa, a seconda del carico dei contattori.

Messa in servizio, montaggio e installazione
La pompa della condensa con un sistema di neutralizzazione può essere messo in funzione in pochi passi:
1. Il granulato di neutralizzazione viene consegnato imballato nella scatola di neutralizzazione.
2. Versare il contenuto del sacchetto nello stesso vano del contenitore.
3. Quando l'olio condensazione kit carbone attivo è posto di fronte al granulato di neutralizzazione. Attenzione! Solo
originale, granuli depolverato versare per evitare il blocco del disco! Nessuna garanzia di qualsiasi altra marca!
4. All'interno del coperchio è un'apertura (40 mm), in cui viene introdotto il condensato, già pre-taglio. La condensa è un
tubo (NW 40 mm) e il tubo (NW 40) inserito all'interno. La linea di alimentazione deve essere installata a cadere
contenitore.
5. Mettere il coperchio sul recipiente, tenere a mente che il tubo di aspirazione con filtro acc. Figura è posizionato.
6. Ora collegare i portagomma sulla pressione lato tubo in PVC NW 6 mm.
7. Infine, la spina e il relè senza potenziale è collegato. La pompa deve essere collegata ad una sorgente di alimentazione
separata (230 V / 50 Hz).
Attenzione:
a) Notare le teste di scarico consentite nel grafico delle prestazioni.
b) La pompa deve quando appesa mediante due tasselli sulla parete o quando si imposta sul pavimento, un montaggio
orizzontale, altrimenti la funzione del galleggiante può essere influenzata.
c) Non utilizzare la pompa all'esterno, solo all'interno di edifici. La pompa ha un tempo di arresto, cioè, Se il galleggiante di
lavoro ha raggiunto nuovamente la sua posizione più bassa, la pompa si spegne solo dopo 3 a 5 minuti. Durante questo
tempo il serbatoio della pompa viene pompato ad un livello d'acqua inferiore.
Manutenzione
1. A causa della neutralizzazione chimica è necessaria ogni 6 mesi per kontrillieren vello filtro e il filtro al tubo di aspirazione
per la pulizia, se necessario sostituirlo. Per più forte la calcificazione delle parti e il materiale deve essere rimosso ei
contenitori sono puliti. Successivamente, il granulare lavato riempire la camera di neutralizzazione del serbatoio e
riempire il serbatoio con acqua per controllare il funzionamento della pompa. Con forte decomposizione del grano
granulato in una massa breiähnliche, guasti alla pompa non si possono escludere dalla calcificazione.
2. Si consiglia di manutenzione preventiva una regolare ispezione, manutenzione e sostituzione delle pastiglie. I granuli di
neutralizzazione è sufficiente per circa 12 mesi a impianti fino a 25kW potenza della caldaia. (Kit di manutenzione: 1
scatola, granello sostituto à 2 borse per ogni 25 KW, il filtro non tessuto e filtro di aspirazione, n. ordine 4152-0107).

Quando gasolio a condensazione il kit di espansione deve essere sostituito con carbone attivo ogni anno (n. ordine 41520108).
Nota di sicurezza: Quando effettuate la manutenzione delle pompe deve essere sempre spenta estraendo la spina. Si prega di
notare: Al relè senza potenziale ancora tensione può essere presente.
