Various types of training including :
Le Centre National de la Fonction Publique
Territoriale is a public organisation serving
regional and local authorities and their agents.
It is responsible for training the personnel
of local and regional authorities. It is also
involved in local civil service modernization
projects. The CNFPT also offers training
services for foreign public organizations.
Induction to learn about civil service.
Professionalisation over five year periods. Both are mandatory and provided
to all the workers at the beginning of their career.
Continuing education to ensure that civil service and public workers
maintain, develop or acquire professional skills.
Preparation for civil service and professional examination.
ANTICIPATE THE EVOLUTION OF LOCAL AND REGIONAL GOVERNMENTS
AND THEIR CIVIL SERVICE AND PUBLIC SECTOR WORKERS
The CNFPT monitors an observatory that conducts studies on employment
statistics and prospects trades and local and regional civil service skills
and competences.
