I`m interested - gerance

For the rental request, please come to our office
with the following documents:
• A copy of a piece of ID (residence permit or Swiss ID)
• A copy of your three last pay slips
• A copy of your certificate of non-pursuit issued by the Office of
Legal Proceedings (valid for 3 months)
• A copy of your liability/household insurance paper
We would like to bring your attention to the following:
– Every applicant will have to show us the original copy of the certificate of non-pursuit
– Only complete applications will be processed
– We will not make copies of applicants’ accounts
