NEX Company
Effective at market open on August 18, 2003, in accordance with the revised TSX Venture Exchange
Policy 2.5, the following companies will be transferred to the NEX board from Tier 2 or Tier 3 of TSX
Venture. These companies were previously designated as TSX Venture inactive issuers.
As of August 18, 2003, the companies are subject to restrictions on share issuances and certain types of
payments as set out in the NEX policies.
The trading symbols for the companies listed below will change to include a ‘.H’ extension. There is no
change in the companies’ names, no change in their CUSIP numbers and no consolidation of capital. The
symbol extension differentiates NEX symbols from Tier 1, Tier 2 or Tier 3 symbols within the TSX Venture
market.
Trading in the Companies’ securities will remain suspended.
Members are prohibited from trading in the securities of these Companies during the period of the
suspension or until further notice.

Société NEX
À compter de l’ouverture des affaires le 18 août 2003, les sociétés suivantes seront transférées au
marché NEX et leur catégorisation de groupe sera changée de groupe 2 ou groupe 3 à NEX. Ces
sociétés étaient auparavant désignées « émetteurs inactifs » à la Bourse.
À compter du 18 août 2003, les sociétés seront assujetties à des restrictions relatives aux émissions
d’actions et certains types de déboursés, tel que prévu dans les politique de NEX.
Les symboles au télescripteur des sociétés énumérées ci-dessous seront modifiés pour inclure
l’identifiant « .H ». Il n’y a aucun changement de nom, ni de numéro de CUSIP et ni de consolidation du
capital. L’identifiant « .H » distingue les symboles NEX des symboles des émetteurs des groupes 1, 2 ou
3 à Bourse de croissance TSX.
La négociation sur les titres des sociétés demeurera suspendue.
Il est interdit aux membres de négocier les titres de ces sociétés durant la période de suspension ou à
moins d’avis contraire.
