dans les rues de Paris, les habitants sont invités à mettre bougies
ou lampes à huile sur le rebord
des fenêtres afin d’éclairer entièrement la ville. C’est depuis cette
époque que Paris est surnommée
Ville Lumière ».
A Lyon, la Fête des Lumières célébrée le 8 décembre est l’occasion
d’un embrasement général où
lumière et pierres fusionnent pour
