Here is this week’s news
• BOOK FAIR: From December 7th to December 9th.
• BULLETIN M-9: Reports for the first trimester have been sent home last
Friday. Parent teacher meetings are this week on Thursday, December 8th from
1 pm.
• DECEMBER 8TH pm: Grade 6 students will have a bake sale and coffee during
the parent teacher interviews.
• PANIERS DE NOËL: Tickets for the Christmas baskets must be returned to
school now or at the latest on December 19th 2016. The draw will be at the
Christmas assembly on December 21st in the morning.
• SCHOOL LUNCH: Envelopes are distributed this week and must be returned to
school the latest Tuesday, December 13th.
• COOKIE DOUGH: The orders will be at the school at 11:00 am this morning
and can be picked up here until 5:00 pm today.
CORRECTION
CHRISTMAS CONCERT for primary is on Wednesday, December 14th.
Tickets are on sale this week from your child’s homeroom teacher.
The leftover tickets will be on sale at the school office from Monday, December 12th.
Ø Matinée is at 10:15 am for students, parents who wish to attend at that time can
do so for $4 per person (chair).
Ø The evening concert is at 7 pm and the cost is $6 per person or $15 per
family (3 persons maximum). Students must be in school at 6:30 pm.
SCHOOL CLOSURES: December 8th at 12:00 pm, December 21st at 12:30 pm..
No school lunch on Thursday December 8th and Wednesday, December 21st.
In the next few weeks before the Christmas holiday, there are many fun activities planned
for students of all levels. We ask parents to check the school bags of their child for
permission slip for outings and the cost for some of them.

December 7th: Grade 3 outing
December 8th: Elf’s Day (dress as an elf).
December 9th: Christmas PJ Day.
December 12th: Socks and mitts (new items) for homeless.
December 13th: Plaid Day
December 14th: Rudolph Day (dress as a reindeer).
December 15th: ($) Movie at the Cineplex for students in kindergarten to
grade 5. Dress as Santa Clause Day.
December 16th: Dress as a gift Day.
December 19th ($): Skating for grade 4 students and up. Christmas Ball for
kindergarten to grade 4.
December 20th ($): Bowling (am) and movie in the auditorium for kindergarten
to grade 3.
December 21st: Ugly sweater Day, Christmas assembly and Christmas baskets
draw.
