The “V 1000” and “V 2000” automatic feeders are the
newest generation of continuous feeding technology in our
Value Series. The V 1000 (and V 2000) features quick and
tool-less setup, quick make-ready, and easy maintenance.
It is capable of feeding a wide variety of materials with
exceptional alignment qualities.
For example, feed belts can be repositioned with the use of
single knob adjustments, and belts can be replaced quickly. The
side guides also feature single knob adjustments and can be quickly removed without tools. Two
independently adjustable separators help improve feeding of uneven materials. Newly
designed material levelers also feature single knob adjustments. In addition, there is a hinged panel
for easy access to controls and electronics.
Experience ultra-flexible performance that begins with Streamfeeders’ patented Differential Friction
Technology™ with materials such as : Magazines, « flat » delivered pre-creased boxes with
« open flaps », newsletters and newspapers, catalogues, sheets (fold or flat), CDs, DVDs in
their presentation holders, plastic cards, greeting cards,
label, envelopes (whether empty or pre-filled), inserts, little
products and even round shaped products…
This innovative approach to feeding precisely separates,
singulates, and feeds virtually any type and size of material
onto a transport base. The V 1000 and V 2000 are equipped
with simple knob adjustments which maximize operator
productivity by minimizing setup and changeover time.
Variable speed control allows operators to synchronise feed
performance. An optional external run input provides the added
convenience of integrated start/stop controls.
