ELECTION of representatives of parents in the ADVISORY BOARD (1 vote per family).
Only ONE DAY VOTE:
Monday, 8 October 2012 (7:30 am to 18:00 p.m.): direct vote or by envelopes
Choose only one name (depending on the nationality of your children). Ethiopians parents will vote for
Ethiopian candidate, French parents for French candidate, Thirds parents for Third candidate.
Only one voting paper must be slipped into the envelope (vote by envelopes), or in the urn which will be in
the voting room in the building of administration of the Lycée.
By envelope:
- 1 voting paper - below - is slipped into a first envelope
- the envelope will be put in another envelope which must include the following:
Election to the Advisory Board:
- The signature of the voter (one vote per family)
- Name (in capital letters) and the class of the child
- this envelope will be given the Monday 8 October, by the students to the teacher in Primary, to the CPE
office in Secondary.
The committee of Parents association will organize a general meeting of information about the elections on
Thursday, October 4 at 17:30. There will be no vote during this assembly.
