Take your child to the market and guide him / her to find out food products and vegetables that contains minimal amounts of unhealthy fats. Make a list of that
and try to cook those healthy foods this week at home. They may also make a list of foods that are low in both sugar and highly refined carbohydrates.
CREATIVE CLASSROOM DÉCOR
