Albany International and the Centre Intégré en Pâtes et Papiers (CIPP) Announce Pilot Machine Agreement Albany International and the Centre Intégré en Pâtes et Papiers (CIPP) Announce Pilot Machine Agreement Albany, New York, June 28, 2006 – Albany International Corp. and the Centre Intégré en Pâtes et Papiers (CIPP) have announced a major partnership agreement whereby Albany will conduct pilot paper machine trials at the CIPP pilot plant in Trois-Rivières, Québec, Canada. Albany will use the CIPP pilot facility to develop and evaluate paper machine clothing and other auxiliary equipment concepts in the performance of paper machine clothing in next-to-commercial conditions. In addition, Albany will supply the paper machine clothing for all of the pilot machine needs through the five-year term of the agreement. Albany International is the world's largest producer of paper machine clothing with manufacturing plants strategically located to serve its customers throughout the world.
