Agreement
Albany, New York, June 28, 2006 – Albany International Corp. and the Centre Intégré en Pâtes et Papiers (CIPP)
have announced a major partnership agreement whereby Albany will conduct pilot paper machine trials at the CIPP
pilot plant in Trois-Rivières, Québec, Canada. Albany will use the CIPP pilot facility to develop and evaluate paper
machine clothing and other auxiliary equipment concepts in the performance of paper machine clothing in
next-to-commercial conditions. In addition, Albany will supply the paper machine clothing for all of the pilot machine
needs through the five-year term of the agreement.
