L’humeur ? Roots mais luxe, dégling’ mais
classe ! Situé dans le quartier bobo de
Williamsburg, l’hôtel, fraîchement ouvert,
s’est installé dans un ancien entrepôt surélevé
de trois étages supplémentaires, grâce à
un cube en aluminium et verre. En tout
72 chambres sur 8 étages déclinent l’esprit
factory dans une version remasterisée.
On y va… Pour l’apéro au soleil couchant sur
la terrasse du 6e étage en se délectant de la
vue sur le skyline de Manhattan. On en profite
pour faire le tour des galeries, brocantes et
restos branchés du quartier.

The mood ? Roots but luxury, dilapidated
but stylish ! Located in the gentrified, district
of Williamsburg, this newly-opened hotel was
built in a former warehouse, made taller by
the addition of three floors by way of an aluminium and glass cube. In total, seventy-two
rooms on eight floors expand on the factory
feeling in a re,-mastered version.
Go there for… A drink at sunset on the sixthfloor terrace and the view of the Manhattan
skyline. Make the most of all the galleries,
second-hand shops, and hip restaurants in
the neighbourhood.
