Cositel est un hôtel restaurant moderne situé au cœur du département de la Manche, en périphérie de
la ville de Coutances et non loin de la mer. Un grand jardin arboré agrémenté d’un bassin aquatique

A modern hotel in a green setting, the Cositel is situated on the outskirts of the town of Coutances, at the heart of
“La Manche”
department and is not far from the sea. A large garden planted with trees, an aquatic pond and a
terrace offer to the place a quiet and green environment. A large 80 space car park is at the disposal of the guests.
To answer to your requests and make spend a pleasant moment to your guests, all the Cositel team will make them

Between the sea and the hedged farmland in the Parc Régional des Marais du Cotentin et du Bessin, which is
nearby, or on one of numerous coastal or nature paths of a wild and protected place nature lovers are invited to
discover an area which remains wild and protected.
Thanks to its central geographical location, it is also an ideal place from which to visit the most popular tourist sites
in Normandy. So you can visit Mont San Michel, the Normandy landing beaches, the Bayeux tapestry, the Caen Memorial or La Cité de la Mer in Cherbourg, to name just the most well known attractions.

Les salons Privé, Espace et Rotary, tous d’une surface de 32 m² et configurables en un seul grand espace, s’ouvrent sur la terrasse par de grandes baies vitrées donnant à l’ensemble beaucoup de luminosité. Cet espace est climatisé.
For large groups, we keep at the disposal of our customers adjustable rooms. The Privé, Espace and
Rotary rooms, each of which has an area of 32 m² and is configurable into one large space, look out
onto the terrace through the large picture windows giving the meeting plenty of light. These three
rooms are air-conditioned.
L’espace Normandie, d’une surface de 176 m², possède un accès privatif en rez-de-jardin et peut accueillir jusqu’à 120 personnes pour un déjeuner ou un dîner assis.
The Normandie room which has an area of 176 m² provides a private entrance on the garden level and
can accommodate 200 people for a cocktail party or 130 people for a lunch or sit down dinner. In the
centre there is a wooden dance floor to allow dancing.
Au restaurant, nous offrons une cuisine traditionnelle avec une magnifique vue sur Coutances et sa
cathédrale gothique du XIIIème siècle. La salle du restaurant est climatisée.
In the Cositel Café restaurant you can have a taste of regional cuisine and enjoy a magnificent view
over Coutances and its 13th century gothic cathedral. The air-conditioned room is decorated in warm
colours and modern furnishings.

Tous nos tarifs s’entendent TTC par personne, pour un minimum de 20 participants.
All our rates are per person tax included, for 20 persons at least.
 Stop lunch - Stop Lunch :
La réservation sera considérée comme ferme à réception d’une confirmation écrite avant la date limite
d’option communiquée et à réception de l’acompte demandé. Sans écrit de votre part, cette option
sera annulée sans préavis.
The reservation will be confirmed on receipt of a writing agreement before the dead line of the option date
and on receipt of the deposit requested. Without writing agreement before the dead line of the option, the
reservation will be cancelled.
Frais d’annulation - Cancellation fees :
100% des prestations seront facturées si l’annulation intervient à moins de 72 heures avant le début de la
manifestation.
100% of the service reserved will be invoiced if the cancellation is received less than 72 hours prior to beginning of the service.
 Séjours - Stay with accommodation :
La réservation sera considérée comme ferme à réception d’une confirmation écrite avant la date limite
d’option communiquée et à réception de l’acompte demandé. Sans écrit de votre part, cette option sera
annulée sans préavis.
The reservation will be confirmed on receipt of a writing agreement before the dead line of the option date

- 25% des prestations commandées seront facturées pour toute annulation intervenant entre 60 et 30
jours du début de la manifestation
- Cancellation received 60 to 30 days prior to tour date : 25%
- 50% des prestations commandées seront facturées pour toute annulation intervenant entre 29 et 21
jours du début de la manifestation
- Cancellation received 30 to 21 days prior to tour date : 50%
- 75% des prestations commandées seront facturées pour toute annulation intervenant entre 21 et 7 jours
du début de la manifestation
- Cancellation received 20 to 7 days prior to tour date : 75%
- 100% des prestations commandées seront facturées pour toute annulation intervenant à moins de 7
jours du début de la manifestation
- Cancellation received less than 7 days prior to tour date : 100%
Liste des participants - Rooming list :
La liste exacte des participants (rooming-list) devra être communiquée à l’hôtel au moins 14 jours avant le
début de la manifestation.
The accurate rooming list have to be transmitted 14 days at least before the beginning of the event.
Facturation et modalités de paiement - Invoicing and terms of payment :
Les factures sont payables à 7 jours à compter de la date de réception de factures. A défaut de paiement à
l’échéance mentionnée ci-dessus, l’organisateur sera redevable de pénalités de retard, soit 1,5 fois le taux
d’intérêt légal par mois de retard. La facturation et le paiement seront effectués en euros (€). Les frais
bancaires sont à la charge de l’organisateur.
Payment upon receipt of the invoice. Without payment at the due date, the contractor will be liable for late
payment fees, that is to say 1,5 times the legal rate of interest per month of delay. Invoicing and payment
will be made in Euros (€). Banking charges will be borne by the contractor.
Litiges - Lawsuit :
Tout différent concernant l’interprétation ou l’exécution du contrat et qui n’aurait pu faire l’objet d’un
règlement amiable sera porté devant le tribunal compétent.
Claims concerning the interpretation or the execution of the contract who didn’t received an amicable
agreement will be submitted to the commercial court of Coutances.
