Research Director FNSP/CERI A graduate of the Faculty of Political Science of the University of Lausanne, Semih Vaner received his doctorate from the University of ParisSorbonne.He taught political science at the Faculty of Social and Economic Sciences in the University of Bursa (Turkey) before joining CERI as a research fellow in 1982.
