PROFIL DES PARTICIPANTS

Methods :
- Training limited: 8 attendees max
- “Executive Profile self-test”, under pressure and without
pressure
- Simulation and role-play
- Workshop on its own and other cultures way of work
- Exercises of communication
- After training: for 2 months, the trainer will answer questions
by email or phone, to guarantee knowledge achievement.

Prior to the training
MBTI or Executive Profiler self-test, to know that depending on its own personality, each and every one will react differently to
its life’s events and will develop different strategies to adapt himself to them. This self-test takes count of stressed situation or
non-stressed situation.
Part 1: best management practice tools
1. How to identify its kind of management
- Have a better understanding of how engineer is influenced by its study background
- Evaluate strengths and progress challenges of its managerial skills
- Have a clear vision of its responsibilities within the company or project
- Create « the line of sight » and give « meaning »
2. How to use best management practices tools
- Having to do more with less : focus on manager's added value
- Clarify and organize a priorities hierarchy in relation to technical planning
- Set up the project-team tools
- Feed back with efficiency and accuracy
Part 2: manager of multicultural teams: knowledge, skills and behavior
3. The seven keys for intercultural engineering manager
- Identify learning willing
- Understand decision making mechanisms
