Supplementary Regulations
Reg. 1 Organiser
The 34th Rendez-Vous FIM Meritum 2016 is organised by Automotoklub JAWA v AČR, Týnec nad Sázavou
member of the Autoklub Czech republic (ACCR).
On behalf of the Federation Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM) and Touring and Leisure Commission (CTL),
the event will be held from 23th to 26th June 2016 according to the FIM Code for Touristic Gatherings (hereafter
known as CTG) – FIM Meritum Meeting section; to the rules of FIM, to theses Supplementary Regulations and
to the FIM Environmental Code.

Reg. 2 Participation
Eligible at FIM Meritum- Meeting are motorcyclist:

All members of a bikers National Motorcycle Federation (FMN) and their passengers who are
holders distinction “Meritum” or “Co-Meritum”

Motorcyclist of which are not yet holding a distinction “Meritum” or “Co-Meritum” if they
are accompanying people already in possession of these distinctions.
Reg. 3 Entries
Individual entries will be made on the form made available for this purpose (or the duplicate) which will be delivered
to the FMNs on the official website by the organiser (CTG Rally Art. 5).
Participants can submit their National Motorcycle Federation (FMN) or directly to the organiser (Adress see Reg. 1).
Reg. 4 Entry fee
The entry fee is 130 Euros. The amount is fixed in Euros.
Children between the ages of 8 and 12 will pay 50 % of the adult entrance fee. Children under the age of 8 will be
admitted free of charge.
In case of non-participation, the entry fee is not refundable.
The entry fee will be paid in full (100%) by the participant before March 31, 2016 to the following account:

The transfer costs are to be paid by the expeditor.
Note: With SEPA, no bank charges may be required for the transfer!
Reg. 5 Closing date for entries
The deadline for the entries and booking of the accommodation is the 31st March 2016.
For incoming entries after this date, the organiser decides on participation.
Reg. 6 Services for participants
Every participant who has paid the registration fee will receive:

Excursions in the vicinity (see program)

Evening meals 3x and snack 2x (2x at excursions)

En entertainment programme 3x

A bag containing souvenir gift(s) and medal or plaque
Reg. 7 Accommodation




100% of the campsite booking fee will be paid with the Registration.
100% of the hotel booking fee will be paid with the Registration.
100% of the hostel by Sport Centre booking fee will be paid with the Registration
You will find on the website a list with some Bed & Breafast and some hotels for individual accommodation.
Participants using these possibilities have to book directly to the chosen addresses.
The hostel, hotel or camping bookings will be made on the “accommodation” booking form.
The amounts due for the accommodation will be paid at the same time as the registration fee, i.e. before March
31, 2016 to the bank account quoted in eg. 4.
All payments will be made in EUROS and will cover transfer costs.
The hotel and guesthouse capacity is limited. The registration date of your application will be deciding for
successful reservation of the lodging.
Reg. 8 Welcome Centre
The Welcome Centre will be open every day from 07.00 to 23.00. The entry papers and vehicles of the participants
will be checked at the Welcome Centre upon arrival.

Reg. 9 Results and Classification
The FIM Meritum meeting is an international meeting of friendly character, which is reserved for a particular group of
participants, so there are no classifications.
Reg. 10 Cancellation of event
According to the CTG (Rally Art. 9).


If, at the closing date, the number of entries is below 100
In the case of absolute necessity
In the case of cancellation of the event, the participants who transmitted their entry forms before the closing entry
date will be notified.
Reg. 11 Liability of the Authorities, Organisers and Participants
According to the CTG (Rally Art. 14) and Art. 19 (Touristic Gatherings of Category A).
Reg. 12 Rider Conduct and protection of the environment
Participants of the FIM Meritum-Meeting are motorcyclist ambassadors for their country and are expected to
consider other road users (CTG Rally Art. 3).
Each participant is responsible for order and security and cleanliness at the campsite.
Environmental manager monitors compliance with the order. His instruction must be followed strictly.
