Located in the San Carlos area of Ibiza, the luxury villa faces Tago Mago Private
Island. It is situated on a fully landscaped terracotta plot of 21.000sqm facing the sea
with direct access to the beach and breath-taking sea-views from a hill-top lounge
terrace and the rooftop terrace. San Carlos is a rather small but very well-known
village north of Santa Eulalia, home to a surprisingly rich cultural scene with cosy bars
and restaurants. A whitewashed church dating back to 1785, dominates the town and
there are several lovely beaches in the area, such as Cala Llenya, Cala Mastella and
Cala Nova.
The property consists of a main house, an annex with two summer rooms and three
summer cabanas. The interiors of the main house are finished with top quality
materials, is air conditioned and is decorated with famous furniture brands as well as
various modern artworks. The lounge area is extremely spacious with extra-long white
sofas, a white piano and a beautiful open fireplace. The dining table and living area
opens to all the beautiful outside facilities. The fully equipped kitchen is decorated with
wooden cupboards and thick beams on the ceiling and contains a La Cornue oven and
flamberge, a small wine cellar and ice-making machine.
The main house and annex can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests. On the
top floor is the luxurious double master bedroom with en suite bathroom, an outdoor
shower and rooftop terrace access. Five more en suite, deluxe bedrooms are found on
the ground level, all with its own style and unique, stunning pieces of art on the walls.
In the basement is a staff bedroom with double bed and en suite facilities. The annex
has an African lodge style in the two summer rooms. Both have double beds, one
even has rich drapery and leather seating with an in-room copper bath. They share a
large outdoor terrace with a hammock. There are also three air-conditioned summer
cabanas joined by a big terrace, with en suite shower rooms, WC’s, and one has a
copper bath.

The basement contains a gym area with Technogym equipment and a Cybex
equipped training room. The hammam has light therapy and an ice tube. Next door is
massage room. The luxury villa in Ibiza also has a spacious cinema room with
professional sound equipment.
The outdoors areas of this villa is simply stunning. Starting from top to bottom it has a
lovely rooftop terrace with covered seating and striking views. There are various
ground level terraces, lounge areas and an outdoor dining area above the pool with a
fully equipped kitchen, pizza oven and bar where many interesting hours will be spent.
The swimming pool has two levels and is surrounded by a pool terrace and loungers.
In the large surrounding gardens guests will find a kid’s playground, unique olive trees,
a palm alley and even a vegetable garden. There is also a Jacuzzi and a Balinese bed
in the vineyard, a hilltop sightseeing lounge terrace and guest have direct access to
the sea.
