The Quintus Quartier has soul to spare!
This “old sail boat” style vessel first set sail in 1898. She was
subsequently used as a merchant vessel cruising along the coasts and
rivers of the Netherlands. Today, the boat provides an elegant and
charming setting for hosting your events!

Newly refurbished (2011-2012), the boat has 2 rooms that can be
configured to suit your event’s needs (seminar, cocktail party, walking
dinner, thematic evening, incentive, etc.) and cabins. On fine days, the
roof terrace offers breathtaking views of the Meuse valley and the
Namur Citadel. For large events, gazebos and tests can be set up on
the quay.
The dynamic team of Quintus provides personalised solutions and
original activities to liven up your seminars. Rental of Segways or bikes,
musical entertainment, “tourist comedian” guides, demonstration of a
rescue operation on the Meuse by Terre-Neuve dogs, cookery courses,
public speaking courses, introduction to theatresports, etc.

Looking for an unusual and original venue?
The barge “Ange Gabriel” is just what you need!
The barge was built in 1956. She used to sail the waters of Northern
Europe for the transport of various materials and continued to be
used as a transport vessel until 2007. The new owner subsequently
transformed her into a comfortable and warm pleasure craft, renaming
her as “Ange Gabriel”.

Whether for professional or private events, the Ange Gabriel regularly
casts off for her visitors and navigates the waterways of Wallonia.
The Ange Gabriel can be rented on an hourly basis (minimum 5 hours)
or for several days. She will take you on a cruise from Namur to the
destination of your choice. A stop for a bike ride, a cultural excursion
or at a riverside restaurant is possible at all times. Come and see what
life is like on board the Ange Gabriel and let her crew introduce you
to navigation techniques: overnight stay in the cabin, stewardship,
passage through locks, etc.

The Valse Lente is a barge available for various types of cruises.
Her captain will gladly share with you the pleasures of life and his
deep passion for life on the water. He has laid out the cabins for the
accommodation of tourists and others who wish to visit the Namur
region. He can also suggest a great deal of activities.

The barge is equipped with four cabins for two or three people, with
individual bathroom.
Passengers have access to a large living space opening onto a very
bright kitchen. Comprising a dining room, a lounge, a library, a TV
corner, and an open fire, this is where the recreational boaters have
breakfast and spend evenings on board.
An original feature of this barge is the outdoor jacuzzi for 3 people for
total relaxation!

Events and cruises on the Meuse...
Built in 1960, the MS Elisabeth is an old transport barge that was
subsequently converted into a comfortable pleasure craft to make
everyone feel at home! Moored in Namur from October to April, the
barge accommodates companies or small private groups.

Her current owners, Martine and Bernard, take every effort to help you
with the organisation of your business dinners. For 10 or 20 people,
they offer a gastronomic dinner, consisting of an aperitif on the terrace
with zakouskis and bubbles, starter, main course, and dessert. The boat
remains berthed for 4 hours, in the afternoons or in the evenings.
And to discover the beauty of the Meuse Valley, why not embark
on a mini-cruise of a few hours, a day or a weekend? Everything is
customised to your wants and needs.

“Le Pays de Liège” is a pleasure craft specially equipped for your
private or professional events. Designed in 1989 for passenger
transport, it was subsequently acquired by Blegny-Mine in 1992 (one
of the four major mining sites in Wallonia and UNESCO classified).
Le Pays de Liège is a veritable floating restaurant with two decks, and
as such allows clever combinations of conferences and dinners or
cocktail parties. The upper deck can be configured as a conference
room with a seating capacity of 50 people. The lower deck is larger,
and houses a bar, a fully equipped kitchen, a dance floor and a large
room for your guests.
The configuration of the boat and the mobility and flexibility of the
team means that all the visitors’ requirements can be fulfilled: from a
simple “onshore” cocktail party to a complete day including an on-site
visit. Le Pays de Liège can be booked throughout the year, both day
and night, except during the end-of-year festive period.

Get away from it all on the waterways of Hainaut!
Discover the region of the Centre and its famous canals on board one
of the three boats owned by the non-profit association “Voies d’Eau
du Hainaut”.
You can, of course, also mix business and pleasure by combining your
event with a visit to a tourist attraction. Discover, for example, the
historic Centre Canal and its hydraulic lifts listed as World Heritage
by UNESCO, the Ronquières Inclined Plane, or the funicular lift of
Strépy‑Thieu. River tourism will make you see things differently.

A barge along the banks of the Sambre!
The barge “Gavroche” has been refurbished for residential use and
accommodates small groups of tourists or companies for a discovery of
the Haute-Sambre and its surroundings. An original way of discovering
the joys of navigation and the pastoral settings of this region, from
Charleroi to Lobbes, via Landelies, the Aulne Abbey, Thuin, and the
most beautiful villages of the Haute Sambre.
This 30 m long barge, which is permanently inhabited by the family
Guillery, is used for excursions, company meetings, city trips, guided
tours, etc.
These activities are organised during the weekend, through the year if
weather permits.
