Dear Local Data Managers,
Below you can see which final analyses, interim analyses & presentations are planned for
which HOVON studies in the next 6 months.
In order to achieve this planning it is imperative that we have the necessary data from
all sites participating in these studies preferably 2 – 3 months before the scheduled
analysis or presentation.
Of course the strive is that all data for all patients in all studies is completed in a timely
fashion on an ongoing basis but we hope this overview will assist you with your planning.
This list will be updated in the case there is a change in the planning & new plans will be
posted as & when they become available.

Hieronder vind u een lijst van de eindanalyses, interim analyses & presentaties die gepland
zijn voor HOVON studies in de komende 6 maanden.
Om deze planning te halen is het noodzakelijk dat we alle benodigde data van alle
sites die deelnemen aan deze studies bij voorkeur 2 tot 3 maanden voor de geplande
analyse ontvangen.
Natuurlijk is het wenselijk dat alle data van alle patiënten in alle studies tijdig wordt
aangeleverd op permanente basis. Maar we hopen dat dit overzicht u kunt helpen bij uw
planning van prioriteiten.
De lijst zal worden geupdate als er veranderingen zijn in de planning. Nieuwe overzichten
zullen worden gepubliceerd zodra deze beschikbaar zijn.

Vous trouverez ci-dessous une liste des analyses finales, préliminaires & présentations qui
ont été programmées pour les essais cliniques menés par HOVON dans les 6 prochains
mois.
Pour satisfaire aux délais de ce calendrier, il est indispensable que nous recevions
toutes les données nécessaires de tous les sites qui participent à ces études, de
préférence 2 à 3 mois avant l'analyse ou la présentation programmée.
Bien entendu, le but poursuivi est de constamment livrer toutes les données de tous les
patients dans toutes les études en temps opportun. Mais nous espérons que cet aperçu
pourra vous aider pour planifier les priorités.
Cette liste sera mise à jour si des modifications sont apportées au calendrier. Le cas
échéant, de nouveaux aperçus seront publiés dès qu'ils seront disponibles.
