The evening will be in three parts: :
1. Commune fair trade
(18hrs.) Solidarity coffee will be preceded by the presentation of the label "Etterbeek Commune fair trade “,
awarded by Max Havelaar. – This presentation will be at the “Salle Agenor” and will be followed by a
drink.
Solidarity café
(19 hrs) meeting of different local initiatives to « to take care of humanity and the planet »
Initiatives such as:
- AMIKARO, create links against isolation
- Animations et Loisirs pour Tous and Centre culturel: supporting school work with personal attention
- International solidarity initiatives …
-Entour-Age, network of volunteers offering their help to their neighbors, initiative of la Maison de
quartier Chambéry
- Parrain-Ami: building a privileged affectionate relationship between a child in difficulty and an adult
or a family.
- Etterbeek in transition, Renversant du Maelbeek, Broebelair and Greenstone as citizens
environnemental initiatives.
Ricochet: accompanying of persons with intellectual handicap by civic sponsoring
Friendship drink and buffet
(from 19 hrs.) The buffet will be prepared by Miss Vertigo, association which promotes recycling and sharing of
knowledge in companionship.
