ADAMS afin de saisir en ligne les informations relatives à ma localisation et donne mon
consentement pour que l’AFLD, l’Agence mondiale antidopage (AMA), ma fédération
internationale ainsi que ma fédération nationale puissent avoir accès, le cas échéant, à
mes informations de localisation / ask the French Antidoping Agency (AFLD) to send me a login and a
password to access to ADAMS and to fill my Whereabouts and agree that AFLD, the World Antidoping Agency
(WADA), my international Federation and my national Federation have access to my Whereabouts.
