THE President of the United States of America, in virtue of the
faculty accorded by Article 7 of the International Agreement
concluded at Paris the 18th May, 1904, for the suppression of
the white slave traffic, has acceded to the said Agreement on the
6th June last.
I am directed by my Government to inform His Britannic
Majesty's Government accordingly.
