Appointment of Chief Financial Officer
easyHotel, the owner, developer, operator and franchisor of “super budget” branded hotels, is
pleased to announce the appointment of Marc Vieilledent as Chief Financial Officer, with effect from
5 May 2015.
Marc joins the Company following 16 years at Accor S.A. (“Accor”), where he worked until 2013,
with his most recent role being Executive Vice President of asset management. As a member of
Accor’s Executive Committee, Marc was responsible for strategy, real estate and M&A between
2010 and 2013. Between 2003 and 2010 Marc held the role of Senior Vice President in charge of
corporate finance and real estate for Accor.

easyHotel is the owner, developer, operator and franchisor of branded hotels. Its strategy is to
target the "super budget" segment of the hotel industry by marketing "clean, comfortable and safe"
hotel rooms to its customers. easyHotel currently has three owned hotels comprising 390 rooms,
and a further 17 franchised hotels with approximately 1,400 rooms.

Marc Andre Louis Vieilledent (aged 47) is a French Certified Public Accountant, having previously
qualified with Price Waterhouse. Since 2014 Marc has been running his own consultancy business,
Belmont Conseil, advising companies on finance and real estate matters.
Marc is a non-executive board member of Immochan S.A., the real estate subsidiary of French
retailer Groupe Auchan S.A.
