The Compiègne Lions have the pleasure to invite you at the 2nd U13 Lions Trophee
Key informaiton :

U13 tournament for young players born in 2003, 2004 and 2005.
IIHF Rules
2 pools of 4 teams, duration 2 X 10’
The teams are ranked from 1 to 4 and then meet in quarter finals (4th vs 1st ; 2nd vs 3rd)
The winner for quarter finals will access semifinals, the other will continue in additional matches to establish
final order.

Bank Check payable to the HCC, cash payment or international bank transfer: 200 €+ 10 € par mandatory lunch. (1
meal offered for the coach for each team)
The teams are registered only when complete documentation received, by arrival date..

ANNEXE - 1
Rules of « TROPHEE DES LIONS - Catégorie U13 - 2016 »
(Young players born in 2003/2004 and 2005)
Tournament formulae
8 teams, 2 pools for 4 teams. Rank matches then play-off and ranking matches.
1st Phase :
The 4 teams are meeting in championship formulae
Match won = 2 points
Match null = 1 points
Match lost = 0 point
Remark : in case of equals teams after 1st phase, the direct goal-average direct will be used to establish ranking, then
overall goal-average, then the number of goal scored, then team less penalized, and finally by drawing lots.
A team is considered withdraw if the team is not ready to play at the time planned for the beginning of the match.
The other team, will be declared winner by 3-0.
Play off Phase :
Each team is qualified in quarterfinal. The quarter final are taking into account the ranking order of 1st phase.
The winners of quarterfinal will meet in semifinal and then final. The other teams will continue to play for ranking
match.
Remark : In case of equality at the end of match : 3 penalty (3 different players), then additional shoot (1 by 1) with
immediate victory.
ANNEXE – 1 :
Referees :
The referees will be designated by the tournament organizers.
A briefing (referees and team coach) will be done on the Saturday morning.
In order to respect fair play, the referees will the only judge of the decision during the match.
Discipline & Fair play :
The organization team will take every decision necessary to ensure a good tournament.
The organization team can decide to exclude any person having an obvious lack of fair play going against the values
of respect and friendship wished by the HCC.
Reward :
All teams and all players at the awards ceremony will be rewarded.
