CALL FOR ENTRIES 2017
MICA is pleased to inform producers, distributors, broadcasters and promoters of digital
equipment that registration for the 18th edition of the African International Film & TV
Market, due 24 February to 3 March 2017, is now open.
MICA is a professional setting for the sale or purchase of film and audio-visual works,
providing a platform of meeting, promotion and exchange for industry people globally. It
offers the following opportunities:
Films that can be seen on demand by professionals with a badge in an appropriate
setting. Registration fee for one film is CFA Francs twenty five thousand (25,000)
or equivalent in euro or US$. This amount is non-refundable;
On-demand screenings. Screening fee is CFA Francs thirty thousand (30,000) or
equivalent in euro or US$; and
Stands for rent. Cost for a nine (9) m² stand is CFA Francs four hundred thousand
(400,000) or equivalent in euro or US$.
Registration or on-demand screening package includes the following materials:

Completed registration form (available from the Web Site);
Technical and artistic sheet of film ;
Short French and English synopsis of film ; and
Two (2) DVDs of film.

Deadline for sending registration package and fee is 30 November 2016.
Deadline for stand rental is 31 January 2016.
