Announcement regarding renaming of the Z AUD share class of Robeco Emerging Conservative Equities

The Board of Directors of the Company has decided to rename the Z AUD share class of Robeco Capital Growth
Funds – Robeco Emerging Conservative Equities to ZB AUD per 15 June 2015.
As a result of this renaming, the share class will change from an accumulating share class to a distributing share
class. The ISIN code of the share class (LU0969500551) will remain unchanged and the renaming does not
impact the NAV of the share class.
