Études :  Grade (baccalauréat) d’une université reconnue ou un agencement acceptable d'études, de formation et/ou d'expérience. Expérience :  Expérience appréciable* du travail en collaboration avec des groupes ou des organisations autochtones  Expérience de la consultation, de la négociation ou de la facilitation de discussions auprès des groupes ou des organisations autochtones  Expérience de la prestation de conseils stratégiques à la haute gestion concernant les consultations autochtones  Expérience de la recherche concernant les consultations auprès des Autochtones *Une expérience appréciable se définit par l'étendue et la profondeur de l'expérience normalement acquise au cours d'une période d'environ trois (3) ans. Experience  Significant experience* in working in partnership with Aboriginal groups or organizations  Experience in conducting consultations, negotiations or facilitating discussions with Aboriginal groups or organizations  Experience in providing strategic advice to senior management regarding Aboriginal consultation  Experience in research regarding Aboriginal consultations *Significant is defined as having the depth and breadth of experience that would normally be acquired over a period of approximately three (3) years.
